Xei nods once more, crimson orbs half closed, she hadn't ate today, an was rather tired. "I think I am out for the night, I will answer everything in the morning." She moved up the stairs after Aris, calling for Bo an Lek to follow.

D watched silently through the night as Angeles sat in silent thought. Her green eyes were cast to the wood of the table, but it was apparent that the grain of the wood was not what she was looking at. He knew what she was thinking about; replaying her past through her min to figure out how much more she could possibly 'drink the liqour of sorrow.'
"We should have just left it as a request," she murmured to herself before laying her head on the table with a sigh. The bottle of blood was empty by now, drunk out of a mixture of despair and regret. D said nothing and continued to watch as Angeles chose sleep over the reality of the waking world and stopped breathing.
Several hours passed before D made another movement, reaching over his shoulder and taking a strand of his black hair, moving over, and lifting some of her white hair into his other hand and compared the two side by side.
"Maybe you should have left her dead," came a sly remark from his left hand, "this wouldn't be happening to her, and you wouldn't be feeling so guilty. Let alone making decisions based on a comparison of hair color."
"be quiet," was D's response as he let the hair fall and sat back in his chair, turning his head to look out at the rising sun.

Aris came down the stairs with a hand on his lower back and his other scratching his head
"Man...I hate couches...not good for the back."
he walked over to the bar and grabbed it with both hands and twisted his lower body one way filling the room with the sound of crackling bones.
"Ughh....geez."

"She can have my room, my bed," said Angeles from her corner, "I don't sleep in it anyway," her green eyes were half-lidded, but not from exhaustion, "and if I was willing to have myself killed for the safety of this place. I am not going to let anything happen to it."

Angeles nodded to Aris and closed her eyes momentarily before looking at D, who appeared to be asleep, but with him you were never sure.
