Gren nodded. "Oh, yeah...I'm going to have to give you a lecture about why I can't let you drink here. Get comfy." he said calmly. In light of recent events, he'd cooled off considerably about the circumstances.

The woman nodded. "Hey, don't just ignore me! Pay attention!"

Remy's head snapped up, and he looked alert to the woman. "Yes, mistress."

Angeles' eyes shot up and looked at the woman. She stood from her table and put a hand to her throat as she said harshly, "do not command him."

Alex shifted her weight in her seat but said nothing waiting for the lecture to begin.

Gren sat down calmly. "The reason that I don't want you drinking is not necessarily because you're underage, Alex. The problem is that I'm an Innkeeper, and legally responsible for what happens to people here. If you get caught imbibing, I'm the one who'll have to pay for it. Not to mention the amount you're drinking is phenomenal. I'd hate to see a young lady drink herself to death. I've seen enough people ruin themselves, and I think you're better than that."

Remy blinked. "Oh, you're...Francisca?"

The woman blinked at Angeles. "What? I was making sure I had the right guy...His Majesty scolded me for letting him roam off after that party, so I thought I ought to go find him. Word had it he was here, so I came to get him. Surely you've done the same, Contessa."

Gren thought for a moment. "Yeah, pretty much...and the smoking thing...admittedly, some folks smoke in here, but only when there's something really stressful going on. You smoke pretty regularly, so I'd rather it not happen inside, is all. So...that okay? Stay out of the bar?"

'Yes, I meant Louie...I've never had the pleasure of the other." Francesca replied, folding her arms. "At any rate, I'll be taking back my protege. I've got a lot to teach him."

'You know, we met at a party. I don't really know you. Why do you care?"

"Because I have to. Now be quiet."

Star remains quiet.Not playing anymore but kept her eyes on the scene.

((Angeles put the hand on her own throat.))

"Please stop calling me that," said Angeles, her voice harsh and fading slightly, "no he hasn't been a bother, and we would all love if he stayed here, but it is his choice," Angeles' eyes glowed slightly, "he does have a say in this he isn't an idiot, he can think and feel for himself."

Alex had by now devoted her attention to the vampires' conversation only giving Gren a nod to what he was saying. Hs rules were fair. She could find loopholes. No need to tell him that she didn't have much of a life to waste anyway. Especially now that the sequel was done.

Max kept quiet through the conversation, though she just about had to literally bite her tongue to succeed in doing so. Almost on instinct, she put her arms around Remy as the woman left, glaring at her back.

"Ooh, if she were human, I woulda shown 'er a thing or two..."

Max smiled, pecking him on the cheek. "Anytime, Remy. Just as long as we don't start lookin' like somethin' from Stephanie Meyer, I'm cool."

Sosol sat with Azana at a table, taking a break from things to talk with his wife about Skuld's upcoming birthday. Having spent so much time with the teen, he knew quite a bit, but he realized his information was outdated.

"Maybe we should get Stella in on this."

"I'm sure she wouldn't mind...I think your little sister's been a godsend for her," Azana replied with a grin, sipping on some iced green tea.
