Zefi decided to just think and that was what she did. She thought back to how in less than a year she had gone from a girl out in the sticks to a girl living in a castle to a girl In an Inn... she had just kept moving but she loved each place. She missed her parents so much and the smell of hickory smoke from the fireplace. She was just a quiet little girl then raised by her parents and her sister. Then two SIN members had came one night... they had threatened her parents and Zefi had been with Zrenni in the woods. They had been gathering sweet apples for dessert... They came back soon after to see their house in flames. Zrenni had always been sensitive and that seemed to change her. She always looked out for Zefi and did research about her heritage. They had found they were princesses and they had an uncle. They found that her parents were king and queen of a small area but very influential... they had ran away from their heritage and left it to their uncle until the girls (Zefi and Zrenni) took over it. Zrenni brought Zefi to the Palace place soon after and they had stayed there for a while. Zefi had learned so much and her sister seemed to age in front of her. She was only 14 but she looked tall enough to be her mother or aunt. Zefi didn't like how her sister changed so she had ran away... now she was back...

Kageko hurried over to the storage room, Yin followed behind her.
She rummaged through a box full of clothes in the storage room. She had tried on a couple dresses, but didn't like their look or feel. They restricted her movements too much. Yin looked on as Kageko ruffled through the box. She was in a hurry, but she had to be careful, some of these clothes literally froze whoever touched them.
Kageko gave up on looking through the boxes. She had already looked through 5 big ones and had been nearly killed a couple times. Once a fishnet stocking tried to strangle her, it would've if Yin hadn't cut the stocking into pieces. The little rampaging ball was actually pretty funny as it sliced and diced the thing into a million pieces. All the while hissing its silent hiss.
Giving up, she went to raid her sister's closet. It wasn't likely to have anything, but at least nothing will try to kill her in there. She rummaged through it. "Great!" she exclaimed as she held out some formal-looking attire. It didn't exactly look like something someone would enter a castle in, but at least it was something formal-looking that Kageko could move in. She set it aside in the bathroom she would use to clean herself up later.
"Time for the present," she thought with a groan. She still didn't know what to give Zefi.

Ultima ran up to Zefi. "I didn't know this was your birthday, happy birthday!" He gave her a tight hug. "Those guards are really lucky, they get to do this all day." Ultima looked around. "You never told me you were a-" The words didn't come out of his mouth.

Zefi brought them quietly into the castle glad shade hadn't said the word... she probably wouldn't have been able to handle it if he had. but she showed nothing and continued on. "Please don't bow or call me miss. I am Zefi and Im pleased to meet you... So how exactly did you two get here?" Zefi led them into the huge 'backyard' and sat on the steps.

Ultima touched his wings. "I flew most of the way, i drunk a devil imp potion on accident." Ultima felt funny for not noticing he'd transformed. "I was pretty sure i was still human until i looked in a mirror." He flapped his wings as dust was coming onto his face. It was blown away easily.

"Okay... well anyways this is where I live... well normally I live inside but this is our backyard and where you guys were was the guard post."Zefi thought for a moment... "Glad to know you still are as random as ever shade" She smiled at the golden portal... "I have an idea where that portal came from but Im not sure so Ill get back to you on that... um... sir"

Zefi saw Kageko climb over the wall and just watched the guards. They hadn't seen her but Zefi had... She went up to her. "Don't use the wall please the gate works fine" She said and hugged her. "So how did any of you find this place?" Zefi asked questionably her face looking directly at Kageko.
