nope not even close, the chinatsu and dhaso fight is in a stalemate over he says his bugs can absorb poison, and perky's fight still going, and she gave to time limit on the rounds so this could easily go into next year :/

Well actually I had premade handsigns in the beginning, and had kept my hands together to complete it, so I could have substituted easily. It doesn't matter anyway since it's too late.

BTW, Ya everybody will probably be able to participate in the next exam. hopefully.

no it's ok, my RPC isn't mad at him. Although, I would like to change my water to lightning, wind or earth... am I allowed to? I would get rid of all of my suiton moves obviously.
