Does the medical ninja have to be a certain rank to do it?My bloodlien has an ability that implants no no bad, medical only It was accepted Surgical style Description: the scorpids blood line can host other blood line but olny one at a time if they are able to steal or obtain part of a clans body that is involved into thier kekkia genkia they may fuse that to thier body so in example if you steal an uchihas eye you may infuse it with a specail liquid that is excreated from the users palm, this can work 2 ways by infusing a victim with your blood you can make it possible for the victum to use the scorpid striker blood lines ability but the user can olny steal one blood line at a time and the user cannot use the bloodline until 24 hours after the tranfusion the scorpids can also use this style to heal people by transfusing blood into a dieing person but after doing this the user faints If i can fuse it to my own body nothing stops it from fusing it int oanother body uh by who, cause they really unfair and pointless cause your deals with posion not fusing stuff with you. Plus even if it says that, you can do it cause rules state it must be a medical jonin. So if you use that jutsu and you not a medical jonin you are breaking the rules. So if it was accepted you may have it, you just cant use it fun fun mrgreen |

ints nopt about you, its about others who use your bloodline. Only medical ninja can do implants and it unfair for you be able to steal bloodlines and implant them and change them out cause we stooped a number of jutsu with the same effect. So im asking you nicely to remove it |

iTeddy Byakuga bb3000ae iTeddy Byakuga XD Lol Perky, Actually your wrong BB she does post a lot (like twice a day) and wasn't eris one of the medical twice a day for a kage is horrible true well i barely see here on, but cut her some slack she is always busy with school,etc
then she should step down for the good of the guild, cause twice a day for someone inachrge of an entire villages will seriously drag it down. plus she not even on everyday. I know she ahs plays and band, but that not an excuse. |

That justsu been useful I'm not trying to start an argument but there's no medical shinobi and there olny one other person that uses my bloodline and it's an implanted bloodline he is also inactive, how about it is a special jutsu for katsuro cause he was close friend with a medical ninja when he was in his gennin/chunnin days katsuro had to stitch himself so much it's not funny can we make some sort of deal?

Its funny, I'm taking French and Latin...yet I suck at keyboarding...
I rather take another language then do keyboarding..but its required
Gah! Lol. When I was in high school I failed all of my comp classes because I didn't want to do the work. And the funny thing is I'm majoring in computer science.
