I'm glad you're enjoying it! heart I just wish that the Gaia event were good this time. I loved chatting with the ghosts, but this whole fighting the ghosts thing is pathetic. We don't event get a cool Halloween header or anything. xp

Halloween is actually my most despised holiday in real life, so the lack of header doesn't bother me at all.

I just don't see the point of subjecting my cats to having the doorbell rang every other minute, which only traumatizes them as if the catnappers were trying to come in... just so that I can give some door-to-door beggars candy. Really I'm with all the monsters in the Buffyverse on this one in that I just want to take the day off and hide [with my two cats.]

The Buffyverse? You mean like in Buffy the Vampire Slayer? rofl I think my least favorite Holiday is Independence Day. Everyone wants to get outside and grill burgers (not my favorite food btw), and I have to endure mosquitoes and junk. xp

Yes, I used to date someone that was hardcore into that show to the extent of watching it around me while I was on a computer. I did remember a few things that were kind of funny like how on Halloween, all the vampires, werewolves, demons, etc took the night off from their nefarious plotting against humans.

Independence Day is fun because you get to blow stuff up! Unless you live in one of those suck cities that banned fireworks. We don't have a mosquito problem, and I always get complete control over what gets barbecued if anything. The last thing I grilled was either fish or lamb and won't use that propane junk as it is only good for making food taste bad.

I used to watch that show a little, but not very seriously. I remember thinking that Spike was really hot. rofl I think I was too young to really appreciate it when it was originally airing.

I live in Alabama, and we have more mosquitoes than should be legal. I'm forever getting bitten, so I don't spend much time outside. It's pretty much only safe to spend much time outside in the winter, at least where I live. My dad always grills burgers on a propane grill. We have burgers so much that I'm sick of them. xp We have fireworks restrictions where I live, but they don't have them a few miles away where one of my brother's friends lives. He and his friends always get together and go crazy with the pyrotechnics.

I like Halloween compared to other holiday's because there's less pressure. I don't have to cook a big meal or deal with a bunch of relatives. I don't have to worry about presents.....
The real stress begins just before Thanksgiving and ends with the New Year wink

Oh, Come On, People! Halloween is one of the best holidays EVER! No matter how old you are, you can dress up and act like a kid again. My whole family dressed up. Mom, one of our friends and I dressed as witches.
