After a few sniffles and poking at the machine, Enta managed to make himself a cup of bittersweet cocoa with marshmallows. He slunk out of the kitchen and nestled himself in a dark corner away from the others, head tilted so his bangs hid his face.

Remy looked up to Felix, then glanced away. It wasn't that he couldn't take out Felix, so much the guilt. "W-what can I do to fix this?"

Ramek's cleaning took much longer than expected (I mean, he turned into Ramek while he was cleaning as Kamer) and he had to clean all over again. He got to cleaning as fast as possible, put the cleaning items again, and headed back into his room to grab all of his items. He had to make a quick departure, but to where was the real question.
(This will be my post to put a foothold to my weekend of non posts. I'll probably get a few more in.)

Azana came downstairs extremely late, watching Sosol clean up the bar while Tyler played around with a strange rock...was that a meteorite? "We're heading out tomorrow."
"Out?" Sosol asked before picking up on it. "Stella."
"Figures...I finally get something to do, and--"
"You can stay here, if you want," Azana interrupted harshly. "If Kristen's right about this, and I'm pretty damn sure she is, we'll be cutting it close. Stella's been isolated for almost a full week...damn it all, I told her to take a vacation!"
"Can you blame her for staying?" Sosol asked, putting his arms around his wife. "It's October...as chair, she had a lot to get through. Maybe she's fine, and we can handle this before it causes any major damage. Who knows? Stella could have found some solid proof linking the events."
"I'm not staying behind on this one, especially since we have James. You'll need someone on the inside, and I can definitely hold my own." Tyler set the meteorite in his bag, standing to head upstairs. "If you even try to leave without me, I will catch up." With that, and a wave to those downstairs, he headed toward bed.
((This will likely end up taking multiple days, thanks to my housewarming party and the preparations for it...though it would explain my spotty posting. ^_^))

Enta sniffled as he stared at the melting marshmallows in his mug. His tail curled around his waist, as the distinct feeling of loneliness began to permeate his thoughts. 'Is that why nobody wants me? Because of... Because of how I dress? Is that why Mom and Dad are never home? They leave me because the think I'm weird?' He fidgeted with his ears, yet something else that had pushed his family and friends away.

Enta blinked teary eyes up at the vampire. "E-everybody always made fun of how I look. Everyone ex-except Orion." A tear rolled down a tan cheek, "H-he'd always m-make or b-buy me m-my clothes. He s-said they a-always looked great on me... B-but I a-always thought h-he was just doing it to em-embarass me... G-guess I w-was right, huh?" The catboy gave a painfully forced smile, mindset obviously not allowing him to process Remy's apology.

Enra jumped the entire length of the stairs in a single bound, landing on his feet, but rolling forward into a wall with the momentum. The ceiling rumbled as some dust came down on Enra's hapless body.
"Yeah! Awesome!"
The teenager got up off of the floor, unfazed by the seemingly impossible feat of pain, and walked over to Enta and Remy. The falcon from before flew down the stairs, landing on the post of the stairwell to look for Enra, then flying over and landing on his shoulder.
"YEEEoow!! Watch the talons, man!"
"The Old Ones have gifted you with immortality. I am simply enjoying its perks."
"Yeah, whatever."
Enra looked back over at Enta.
"Heard some of the conversations from up in my room. Really, you're not so horrible looking. I recall someone telling me that you had much more attractive legs than mine, though they'll go unnamed."

Hesitantly, unsure how much comfort his cold arm could be, Remy placed an arm around Enta's back. He couldn't help but empathize. "...okay." he murmured, a quiet agreement to help.

Enra put his arm around Enta as well on the opposite side, smiling.
"For sure, Enny! As long as I'm alive, I'll be by your side whenever you need me. And believe me, I'll be around for a while!"

"I-I just don't want to lose an-anyone else..." He choked off a sob and leaned on Remy and Enra, not minding the cold touch. He was more comforted by the touch alone.
