I know right? Koi knows over 100 jutsu... But Spike Uchiha knows more! That is why I must train. My training will be complete once I get a Wind heart, and then take that heart and... Scion has a Wind heart. And then I need to learn all the elemental techniques up to Sannin, and then there are some other things I need to learn and yadda yadda yadda.

However, Scar is just able to do something TOTALLY amazing in the Suna Crevice if your on the ground. He's the Ichibi Jinchuuriki so he controls wind and sand. He's an Uchiha so he'll probably be getting Mangekyou at one point in time. I shall squeel now. Squee!

Lol. Well, if you think about it, the characters in Naruto, only know like 5 techniques each. That's why it's generally easy to be a genjutsu type, because you pwn a** with that type. It's great. But I am going Ninjutsu with my two RPCs. When they both die, or if I'm allowed to make another one after Koi, and still have Scar, he'll be a Genjutsu Class. And then I'll have my Genjutsu plan going on. I changed my mind, I'll tell people. If you have Itachi's Mangekyou, you can learn Tsukiyomi. And with a Kuruma Implant, the Tsukiyomi becomes real. In Tsukiyomi, you can do anything you want. Well, if I stab someone who is pinned to a concrete wall, they actually get stabbed and die. See? It all works out! Plus, Genjutsu Users are totally kick a** at fighting. They almost always win, if they are half decent...
