Lyn walked up to Nurse Joy. "You're back? Can you heal my Growlithe and Wurmple, please?" Lyn set Mr. Worm's pokeball on the counter for the woman to take. She also picked up Tiger and set him on the counter. "My my! These little guys are beat up. I'll fix them up in no time. Could you go sit down and wait?" Lyn walked over to one of the seats and took out her Egg. It was suppose to hatch soon, but it still needed a bit more time. Egg worried that Lyn would get impatient and try to break it open.  

[x Tiryn]

"What the hell?!" Jade yelled as a bag descended upon her head. She struggled but it was of no use. Zev tried to get free also, but only ended up getting tangled in Jade's bag strap. "Ow!" Jade was dropped onto the ground and then heard something about going to Rustboro. "What the...Let me go!" She continued to yell.  

[Semu Namu]

Sena was dizzy, she realised she couldn't move anymore. Her vision started fading, but she could faintly hear the people talking around her, and she could feel thier movements. She'd forgotten again. Arcanine was still playing with the other people enjoying himself until he realised Sena was unusually quiet. He rushed over to her in no time, and nipped at her leg. She only gave a faint response, arcanine gengtly nudged her to the ground, and searched frantically though her pockets. He found what was needed and barked loudly at her until she woke up enough to take the pill. Sena never remembered that she was going to run out of energy.  

[Its-a-Lyn]

The pirates were well out to sea by now. Captain Goldi walked over to the two squirming bags.
"All right! Let's see who you brought!" He bellowed as the crew joined him by the bags. Barbara opened one. "What...? That's...A MAN!!!!???" Goldi pointed his figure as he stared at Tristan. "What's the meaning of this!!!???" He shouted at the crew man responsible for the bag. "Well, sir," began the little man, "I thought...that...erm...maybe it was a manly woman." The Captain stared at him in disgust and then turned his attention to the other bag. Billy opened it and let Jade out of the bag. "Ah! There we go!" Goldi said happily. "Now, time to give you a day you'll never forget!!!"

Professor Cute woke up. He had bandages on and was sitting in the Pokemon Center recovery area. He watched the Chansey walk by and thought about getting out when they weren't looking. He made it to Rustboro, now all he had to do was get help. He carefully crawled out of bed and plopped to the floor. He then began to sneak out, hiding when he could. He saw a Wurmple and a Growlithe being taken care of by Nurse Joy. Craftily, Cute snuck up to the counter and hopped over. Upon landing, he tripped and hurt himself. Cute stood up, brushed himself off, and prepared to search for help.

Tristan was insulted. Not only did those pirates wake him up after he finally managed to get some sleep, but they thought he was a manly woman! Sure, there was that one time Richboy Freddy paid him to dress up like a girl and....But that was fantasy! They had no right to call him womanly. And where was he anyways!? Tristan was most displeased. On the other hand, the girl who let him out of the bag wasn't that bad looking...  

[Fade_the_Pyro]

Aeris stopped following after Han when she heard the commotion behind her. Sena had dropped to the ground, and her Arcanine was muzzling her into taking a pill. She crossed over to her and nudged her with her foot.

"Are you alive?"  

[Michiru Tendo]

Karen was still to shocked by Lyn's yelling to respond to Aeris. She simply watched the other girl abandon her as well as she followed after Han.

She then noticed Aeris turn toward Sena. Karen snapped out of her daze, rushed over to the girl with the Arcanine, and knelt down next to her. "Hey, what happened? Are you not feeling well? Would you like some help over to the Center? You could get some rest over there."  

[Semu Namu]

Sena's eyes fluttered open fully, as she registered the person near her. She looked up at Aeris and dazidly replied "Everyone is as alive as they can be, right?" Arcanine looked relieved, and nuzzled Sena to sit up. She rubbed her head as she turned to Karen "I'll be alright if I sit here for a few minutes. Thankyou for offering to help me though, I can be so clumsey." She smiled at them both, trying to show them that she'd be just fine soon.  

[Michiru Tendo]

Karen nodded and smiled back at Sena. "Of course, but is there anything else I could do for you? What's wrong, anyhow?" She stared at Sena with a slightly worried expression as she waited for a reply.  

[Semu Namu]

She shook her head "No, I'll be just fine." She snuggled arcanine close to her "this guy keeps me in good shape!" She stood up shakily, "See, I've had this 'condition' for the last couple of years. I had a bad cold, and they say it damaged me, which is why I get sick. I don't believe that exactly. In any case, I have to remember to take these pills, they give me my energy. Problem is I get easily distracted, and forget to take them." Arcanine growled a bit at her last words, it irritated him how forgetful she could be about that.  

[Fade_the_Pyro]

"Well then, I'll remind you to take them." Aeris offered. Had to keep the alive...well...alive. This Sena person looked like she was worth keeping around, so she might as well help out.

It was then that she noticed the subdued factor around Karen.

"As for you..." She prodded her in the forehead. "What's the matter?"  

[Michiru Tendo]

Karen giggled at the Arcanine's growl and smiled at Sena. "So that's why you fell so suddenly. At least he makes sure you take those pills, right?" she said with a nod at her Arcanine.

Karen blinked at Aeris then gave a nervous laugh. "Oh, it's nothing, nothing at all! I'm just fine!" She gave the dark haired girl her most convincing smile before turning back to Sena to dismiss the topic. Karen really hated for anyone to worry about her, and as a result she rarely ever shared her problems with anyone. She prefered the rest of the world to believe her to always be smiling without anything ever bothering her. Though sometimes that sort of attitude was difficult to maintain, she believed it would be more pleasant for others to be around her that way.

Aeris's lips curved into a frown. If there was one thing she hated more than anything else, it was liars. She was the only one she allowed to lie, and even she felt horrible about it...

"Lying is stupid and so much more cruel than burdening people with your problems. I'll probably die soon anyway, so if you have a problem you can tell me. It's not like I'm going to tell anybody, or be around much longer to be tempted to." She thought for a moment. "And it's not like anything you say could possibly make me more depressed than I already am." With that, Aeris hoisted Sena to her feet and walked away to pursue Han.

Karen watched as Aeris walked away from her. Even if she was a terrible liar, not many people, unless they were her close friends, seemed to seriously ever care how she was really doing or what was up with her. It shocked her a bit that someone she had only recently met had spoken to her like that. Then something else struck her. "Aeris, what do you mean you'll die soon?" Karen asked quietly, catching up with the other girl.
