[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

As the piano struck up, Gren considered his next move. Lunch would be great, but what to do for the pouting MacPere, who was now giving him a questioning look..?

After waving a hand to Zulma, indicating his interest in the wine, he asked "Something wrong?"  

[Ale Posselna]

Ale got up shorlty after, and went to the shower, thinking about the journey they had to take that day. It had been so long since she had left the land beyond the sea...
She was ready after a few minutes. Ale heard the musis coming from the main room and went downstairs, to meet Aris and say farewell to the others. She wondered if Thanata was also ready to leave, since she was the one leading them.

Ultima opened his eyes and smiled. This was a good song.

"My knee is still shakin', like i was twelve, sneakin' out the classroom, out the backdoor.

A man hauled me in twice though, i didn't care, waitin' is wastin', for people like me."

He moved his fingers, ready to start the next part of the song. He couldn't help but laugh.

Gren was not familiar with the song Ultima was playing, but was pleased that other people were using the piano. It was always best when everyone shared a song, in his opinion. He picked up the glass Zulma handed him of a sweet red and drank a bit, sighing. Life was sweet.

Zulma prepared several glasses which she shared with her friends. With delight she brought the red liquid to her lips...delicious.

MacPere simply leaned against the counter and smiled, swaying slowly to the music.

Ultima smiled and played the next verse. It was his favorite because of the way it sounded.

"Dont try, to live so wise, don't cry cause it's all right. Don't try, with fakes or fears, cause you will hate yourself in the end."

"You say, dreams are dreams, I ain't, gonna play the fool, anymore....And you say I still got my soul!"

Ultima closed his eyes again. This song had a lot of soul, no pun intended.

Zulma sat by MacPere, putting a glass of red wine in his hand. Shoulder to shoulder, she slowly swayed to the music with the man, sipping her wine slowly and listening to Ultima.
The kid knew how to play and sing when he wanted.

Ultima smiled more because this part was slightly more up beat.

"Take your time baby, without me slowing down. Breach your soul or reach yourself, beforew we bloom."

"Friendship will recreate a shadow of nothing....shadow of nothing."

"Still are blind, from you say when you wrote, cause there a place waiting at the point you see!"

The last part came in now, he would have to stay up tempo.

MacPere suddenly snapped from his daydream and thanked Zulma for the wine with a slight laugh, sipping the rich drink.

"So, my love, how is life~?"  

[Zulma san]

Zulma was so surprised by the world 'love' used to qualify her that she was glad she was not drinking or she would have choked herself with the wine.

"I am doing fine MacPere" she said once she had found her voice back. "I am glad to have friends such as you and Gren...I am..." she sighed, not knowing how to put it. "..unsure about Karasu..." she seemed sad but not worried about the warrior.

Ultima ended the song, slightly more up beat than needed.

The song put a damper on his voice. All of those lyrics hurt to sing at that range.

Zefi had managed to stay asleep for a long while and she woke up glad to keep her eyes open. Her birthday had been yesterday and she had been able to see a lot of her friends. How well could they keep her secret there... she didn't know.
