Free running is extremely dangerous. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't completely agile or nimble. I know that guys in New York run around and jump off of s**t. Some of 'em get close to biting the big one.
Its wreckless, and in all honesty, I think its too dangerous to be done.

But on the light side, I'm sure they check their locations before they freerun it. If not, that would be like riding a course without knowing which direction to go in. Look before you leap.

Getting straight from point a to point b and not letting anything stop you. This includes walls, trees (lol), cars, etc. Basically, if you can't get over it, youre gonna be screwed.
