Albee broke into a smile.
"My random powers! WAHOO!!"
He jumped high into the air and, before he could hit the ground, aimed at the ground.
"Mejra~!"
The floorboards in one area become cotton candy, which Albee dove into and climbed out of.
"Oh, what a wonderful, splendiferous day this is!!"
Albee hugged himself.

Enta sat up on Enra's hips, eyes flashing to a darker hue breifly before returning to a shimmering aquamarine accented by a rosy blush. "I-I don't know... Where that c-came from... I-I just felt like I-I needed to say it..." He looked almost embarassed by that fact.

After another night-shift, Laura trudged in, thankful that it wasn't raining. She gave a soft hello to anyone who cared and set down her bag, slumping in her seat. She'd get up to obtain coffee in a moment.

"Invent something that allows you to stay up for 24 hours of the day?" Laura joked, standing from her seat. "Honestly though, I'm fine... I'm up during the day, work at night... it's natural. Espressos have always been my best friend. Don't mind if I get one, do you?"

"...ngh..." Sosol opened his eyes wearily, finding himself slumped against the same wall as last night, looking forward at Howard. The color was back in his skin, and he seemed to be sleeping off the rest. He, on the other hand, was getting tired of waking up in random places...
With a stretch he stood, leaving the room and locking the door behind him. That was a close call, he had to admit...poor Albee was so frightened for him. What frightened him more, though, was that Gabriel slipped past him like that. He was guarded...extremely guarded.
Azana walked out of her room and into the hall, glancing over to find her husband approaching. "There you are...! I knew you didn't have the night shift. What happened?"

"Heh...bizarre twist of irony. Wonder Chef got food poisoning," Sosol answered, wincing internally at his own half-truth. Why was he protecting Gabriel? Sometimes...things aren't as sinister as they seem.
"Ah...you're too nice for your own good, Sol. C'mon...I miss being social." She took his hand in hers and led him for the stairs. "If you're really good, I'll give you a back rub."
"I could go for that," he said, rolling one shoulder and listening to it crackle and pop. "Many things are comfortable in the Inn...the floor is not on that list."
