Idk about that. Probably some rule about Jounin and up being able to do that.

Mikyo and Sojiro did the metal bamboo thing and killed/trapped powerful enemies that way, but then again they were two completely different RPC's controlled by two different ppl.

Hando no Semeku (Hands of Torture)
Descriptions: Considered by most to be more of a torture technique then an actual attack the user can lay his hands on his opponent and send several thousands of volts of electricity into the target. Depending how many times a Cloud-Nin has hit the opponent with this will depend on what happens. One time of being hit by this technique causes minor burns, chest constrictions, blurred vision, and overall pain. An additional time of being hit by this any other time during the battle will cause on-site second-degree burns, partial blindness, and an inability to breathe. A third case of exposure will cause a third degree burn on the spot that the hands touched and will cause major orificial hemorrhaging cause by internal bleeding, and unconsciousness. The fourth exposure causes death, and pretty much leaves the area smelling like burnt flesh.

i think that would be no because the amount of fucus it takes to use hands of torture would be to great for you to use eight triagrams at the same time.

Well it doesn't have to be that exact combo i'm just curious to whether it might be possible to combine jutsu together to increase the effectiveness of both

i think it should be, but it would be very dependent, and if the person your fighting starts crying i would drop it, unless someone like Bb has already agreed it can be done.

How's that? You put lightning in one hand and wind in the other, and then you combine them to create lightning infused wind blades. Sounds like combining elements to me.
