"Don't call me that!! It's Kuro!Kuro!"he said, his hands clenched. he truly hated that. the he crossed his arms, biting down on the lolipop. He would follow, of course, but he wouldn't be happy about it.

Freyr chuckled and grinned broadly at Kuro, "Nice to meet you Kuro!" and he continued to smile as Tseng walked up, extending his own hand to the turk, "And I am Freyr! Ghast has told me about you, it's a pleasure to finally make your aquaintance." He informed the Turk shaking his hand enthusiastically. He followed both of them contentedly into the Mansion gazing about in pleasant curiosity at their surroundings, he balked however when they reached the stairs in the main room, paling somewhat at their steep and narrow steps. He really hadn't gotten used to stairs yet, as a cripple he'd been unable to manage them at all, and even after his legs had been restored (with interest) he avoided steps whenever he could, now he fidgetted, and after a few uneasy moments placed one of his paws unsteadily on the slender stair, just one forefoot was more than twice the size of the average human's foor, while Freyr's toes fit he could get no purchase on this new obstacle. He pawed a few times ineffectually before dropping his head in some embarasement. "Sorry, I'm... ah... not so good with stairs." He admitted sheepishly.

Tseng nodded apologetically at Kurosh.. Kuro. "Ah, forgive me, Kuro." he told the Turk, and nodding at Freyr, he lead the way to the mansion. At the chimera's hesitation at the daunting stairs, Tseng gave a small smile of understanding. "Would you like us to inform Professor Gast of your presence then? I'm afraid I know of no other way down." he offered, feeling much older than he really was.

He smiled at Freyr as he walked, but he was still sulking from being called by his real name. He quietly chewed on the lolipop stick, wishing he had another."While we're at it, I'll find out what I should be doing..."he said, sighing.

Leaveing the mansion he hadn't even bothered with the guards but kept walking past the gate. Leaning upagainst the pillar of the gate he punched it with the back of his hand. "Perhaps I'm takeing this to seriously," he thought to himself. "I"m not even a 'real' bodyguard, the only reason why I'm here is because of that incident. It seems they want me around but not to close, this way everything stays within juristiction. Heh......" Orrin glanced around shakeing his head a little. "All in all it's a good day." Turning away from the mansion he left the town out a ways to a small grassy cliff that over looked the town. Throwing his legs off the ledge he laid back stareing up into the sky. Sighing to himself he watched as a group of clouds slowly disapated revealing more of the blue sky. "Just where do I stand in this?"

Over the past few days it had been made clear to Shirai that her identity as a Jenova being was to be kept hushed. Her status as a biogenetic experiment was not quite as confidential though - which made things a bit easier. Ayra had become somewhat of a parental guardian figure towards the young girl and had taken to walking around with her to show her around while explaining Shinrai's position. Shiimasurei Nrai was going to claim to be the new recruit Turk. She would do the basic Turk requrements and everything unless they needed her for something else. Shinrai didn't say anything, but had a feeling that for now these "missions" would be like tests for her nd she would be constantly monitored.

It was on one of these days that both she and the Doctor were walking through a different part of the Shinra corporation when they met the first people other that Special Opps Scientists while walking up a flight of stairs.

A voice filtered through the air, reaching shinrai's ears. "Would you like us to inform Professor Gast of your presence then? I'm afraid I know of no other way down."

"Afternoon Tseng!" Ayra called out, waving her hand at the black haired man standing with two others. She obviously knew him and so Shinrai set to recalling who exactly he was from the myriad of names she had been given so quickly.

((ok, and now my character is integrated in the plotline! augh - this took forever!))

Kuro looked at them with mild interest. He smiled at them, but said nothing, justleaned against the nearest object as he pulled out several lolipops from his pocket." Guess I had more..." he muttered, unwrapping a cherry one. Then he looked at the others," Want one?"

Shiimasurei looked quizzically at the man that had pulled out the.... what were they again?.... oh yeah - lolipops. She looked over at Ayra who shrugged.

"Uhm, sure..." She said, smiling lightly, keeping up the simple facade of the newbie Turk - which, techically she was.

Tseng gave a nod of greeting to Ayra, and kept himself from sighing at Kuro's offering of candy. Then he turned his attention to the silver haired woman, one whom had not met before, but was wearing a Turk uniform. He held out his hand to her and said, "I don't believe we've met. I'm Tseng." It was amazing how fast the Turks ranks could grow. It made him want to prove even more that he was indeed cut out for this job and a worthwhile member.

"Tseng.. yeah, I've heard of him." Her mind quickly brought up all the information that she knew about him.

She took his hand, nodding slighty.

"Pleased to meet you. I'm Shiimasurei Nrai, but please, just call me Shinrai." She said, a smirk barely noticeable on her lips. She wondered how odd it was that her eyes glowed mako green and wondered if it would create a problem.

Freyr lit up with a grin at the offer of candy, "I'd LOVE one!" He exclaimed accepting one of the small parcels, then he glanced again at Tseng, feeling a little guilty that he was causing so much trouble. He really owed Ghast alot, and didn't want to interupt the scientist in whatever he was currently working on. "No... you don't need to bother Ghast." He added quickly, shifting the candy-stick in his mouth as he thought. "I guess I won't get better if I don't try right?" Without waiting for permission he half-reared, placing both paws as solidly on the steps as he could, then slowly manuevered his hooves and paws alternatingly until he reached the small landing. Now his task became more difficult, the stairs to the cellar were even narrower and spiraled tightly, Sucking in a nervous breath he started gingerly placing his paws, and then his hooves on the steps, both arms pressed tightly against the walls. It was lucky for the others he had decided to proceed them, as about half-way down his paws slid, followed quickly by his hindfeet, A cry echoed up the stairwell as the chimera tumbled bodily and noisily down the steps leaving deep grooves in some as his claws sought purchase, he slid the rest of the way on his back, having somehow twisted around during his plumet. He gazed up sheepishly at yet another Turk who stood at the bottom, "Hello..." He said with a wince, surprisingly only bruised from the tumble.
