I'm 14,I've grown up with NIN.My First Nine Inch Nails song was Head Like a Hole,Which came out before I was born,so when I was,it was played for me. blaugh

For me it is kind of hard to say.

My mom used to hate NIN when I was a kid, so I never heard any of it.

Then I kept hearing Closer on the radio, andIlovethatsongunfff.

So I asked my friend Niko if I could borrow his T.D.S. CD, and he did.

And I loved it.

And then my mom started liking Only and The Hand That Feeds.

So she bought With Teeth.

So I have been a fan since like.

3/4 months ago.

My mom....

2 months ago I will estimate.

But we are seeing them in concert next saturday, and if we like it, my mom is going to see them again at a music festival they will be at this summer when I am in Virginia. gonk

Let's see... I'm 15 (in 7 days, anyways xd ) and I've been into NIN for about a year and a half. Ish. I believe Closer was my first NIN song... I saw the video on the computer, loved it, downloaded the song, and then a few weeks later bought the Downward Spiral with an iTunes card... I've loved NIN ever since. 4laugh

I probably would have gotten into them sooner had I known anyone who liked them... But my parents weren't into them (my mom hates like 97% of what I listen to anyway) and didn't let us listen to anything even remotely like their music on the radio. Bah. gonk

My dad sorta likes With Teeth, though... He asked me for a copy of a cd because he's taking me to their concert on the 16th, and I thought that one was really the only one that's safe. sweatdrop xd

I've liked Nine Inch Nails since I listened to the Downward Spiral. From there, I couldn't get my mind off of them.

I'm fifteen, sixteen in 4 days (might I add that Nine Inch Nails is coming to my state the day after my birthday, and I dont have tickets!!!) I'm really a much more current fan. I never really truly gave them a chance until about a year ago, at which point, I fell in love, and I fell hard.

I've been listening to them since I was six[I'm 14 now], but I never really got into them until December of last year.
I was scroling through the Artists on my iPod, and I saw them and [because my sister bought their Downward Spiral album, and put it on the iTunes library] I decided I wanted to listen to 'Closer', so I just ended up listening to the entire album, and falling in love with it.

Not to mention the Pretty Hate Machine album.
