Charlotte hummed, smiling. "Different kinda needy...maybe I should invest in some clones."
Finished, clean, dressed, and generally spruced up, Gren was playing with Fritz, who was watching a feather be dragged across the floor with the same mad expression of kittens everywhere, wiggling his rear and pouncing backward.

"Eh, I haven't found anyone. She'd have to keep up with me in terms of being amazing, how could I possibly do that to a girl?"
Howard laughed, but there was a mixed longing in it.
Albee shook his head, making it to his feet.
"Nah, nah. You're good as you are. Oh, look what I learned how to do!"
He looked at her face and thought of her features for a while, then looked down into his arms.
"Mejra!"
Like a rabbit out of a hat, a cat appeared in his arms, this one with brown fur save for a dark-reddish patch of fur around an eye.

Ultima sat on the rooftop of the inn, being so high up was still a thrill. "Ah ha! I just love air like this!" He exclaimed joyfully, he hadn't done this in a long while. "Woo-hooo!!!!!!" He shouted as he took to sky-falling. Several flips later he noted he reached maximum speed. "Ah, poor thought on my part, woo!" He vanished in to the ground and reappeared in his room. He walked downstairs and had to stretched, he always felt a bit stiff after something like that. slategrey]"Nice jump, but you would have bought it if you were just a second late." Chase said, ruffling Ultima's hair, he was cuter as a kid then he was as an adult so she had no problem with him now. "Why did you jump anyway, don't you have better things to be doing, like learning 'magic'?" Chase asked sarcastically, she didn't believe in magic anyway. "Don't you have anything better to do then mess with me?" Ultima asked with a sigh before slipping away from Chase and vanishing again. He opened the front door of the inn and walked in that way, it was much easier than being hounded to death.

MacPere gave a bout of laughter, nodding his head. "Hah, it does take that special person... try to aim above your personal standard, though. It worked for me - both times."

Scooping up the kitten again, Gren took Fritz downstairs. He'd become very attached.

Stepping into the main room, Gren drifted over and kissed MacPere's crown. "Sleeping Beauty's woken up, I see."
