The Charlotte-cat pouted, suddenly hacking in the back of its throat to produce several daises, which appeared to be dry despite their recent exit.
Albee returned and placed the orange soda before Charlotte while he took of his apple soda.
"There are aren't they? Poor Moonbeam must be peeeesed."

Digging into his pancakes, MacPere hummed and smiled to the kiss on his head, chewing during the following words. "Mm... morning sweetheart~"

He looked about for his Albee-cat, whistling.
"I'm sorry if anything I'm making offends you, I just wanted to see what I could do. A lot of my power stems from imagination, after all."
The Albee cat finally came out from behind a beam, blue eys curious.
"Honey-cinnamon pancakes, Mr. Eckener. Would you like some?"

The Albee-cat padded over to the Charlotte-cat, one of the strips rising to for a cloth hand and wave Hello.
"I'd bet it."
Albee sipped his carbonated juice, wrenching back with a headache, but not changing.
Howard grinned.
"Another order comin' right up then."
He re-entered the kitchen working as quickly as he could. He never rushed, only did things as fast as he thought was necessary.

Terry came downstairs with the same smile on his face. He hadn't had so much practice in weeks as he was getting here. No wonder this group has improved considerably...though I can't help but wonder if this is normal for the others.
Shrugging off the question, he arrived in the main room to quite a crowd, and yet another new cat. "...this is getting to be a trend..."
Moonbeam had kept to the periphery, obviously upset about the sudden influx. Her lithe black form crept upstairs, seeking refuge from her usurpers...
Kristen, meanwhile, walked in the front door, wiping a little sweat from her brow despite the cold weather. She made her way to the bar, finding a note next to the chessboard...
"...checkmate?" She looked it over, blinking in disbelief. "How did he...?"
