"As in...go on a walk, rob a bank, etcetera?" Chase asked, another strange look crossed her face, she crossed her arms and smirked as she awaited an answer.

Though his features were set in their formal state, his gaze had averted to random corners of the Inn, and a slightly nervous blip was playing his temples.

"Ok then, a walk it is." Chase said in agreement, she could easily see the toll this was taking on Gabe. "Ready when you are." She said as she flashed a smile.

"Er... okay."
Gabe stood to his feet, dusting off some of his damage. Amazingly, as he dusted them, the tears in his clothing faded and mended itself in a puff of smoke. He walked to the entrance of the Inn and looked back.
"See you outside...?"
With that, he walked out.

Howard and Albee descended the stairs together, both adults and considerably awake. Howard spoke first.
"So, eh... You hungry?"
"...Yeah. I guess so...?"
Howard nodded while Albee became confused.
"I'll make some baconators, haven't had those in a while..."
Howard walked into the kitchen while Albee took a seat at the bar, utterly baffled by his behavior. With the muttering of Mejra, he summoned a pop-up book to look through. This particular story happened to be James and the Giant Peach, and the pop-ups came to life and literally jumped off the page.

A woman stormed in, throwing down a dirty oversized shovel and whipping off her gator-skin trenchcoat. "MOOOOOOM!" She bellowed.
Abigail came trotting from behind the bar in her crocofox form. "What's wrong, Hillary?"

The woman, perhaps in her mid-twenties, rounded on Albee, glaring at him over her sunglasses, yellow-green eyes piercing. "Who am I?! Who are you?!"
"Hillary, be nice." Abigail warned as she midlife into her human form. "This is Ablee, he's a Djinn." She looked back at her 'daughter', "Now, what is wrong?"
"The dead people that have been piling up from the Ward aren't staying in their daggum graves!"
