(Pretend I posted this yesterday, mmkay?)
MacPere continued to listen for a while, eyes flicking upward as the babies ceased their movement in favour of a comfortable postion. He chuckled tto himself and looked up to Zulma to speak, quickly closing his mouth as he noted her slumbering state.
"Pregnant women..." He sighed with a gentle smile, keeping his position as a means of not waking her up. It was all so familiar... almost too familiar. Lyn falling asleep all of the time, him listening to her stomach... it was perfect. "We're having twins, Lyn..." He murmured, delirious grin finding his lips. "We're finally having babies of our own... I knew that I wasn't infertile~"

The doors of the Inn flung open with the force of strong winds, and Enra slowly materialized on the back of a red-masked wolf.
"I... am not cut out for this..."
Enra slumped up to the bar.
"Check please...?"
And with his last few words, he fell to the floor with a thump, the wolf dissipating into a grey mist that travelled into Enra's pocket.

"Wow...delivery must've been rough," Max quipped with a chuckle, walking over to him and looping her arms under his, struggling to get him somewhere comfortable. "Ngh...I need ta...work out again..."

" 's cool...just...gotta get you...somewhere else, ya know?" She smiled down to him, pointing over to the couch, where Enta was still sleeping everything off. Who knew how much they put him through, or how many of those days he didn't sleep?

Enra looked over to the couch, forcing a weak smile at the sight of a missed face.
"Nice to see he's okay. He seems kinda still though... Is he dead?"
Enra chuckled, but ended up hacking into a fist.

He's back, and that goof troupe of mages healed him, ta boot." Max smiled, slowly making progress toward the couches. "He's prob'ly wiped out like you are..."

"Shanghai-ed, snatched, stolen away?" Max looked down to him. "They took 'im ta drive Felix into a frenzy...it worked, and 'e bolted out the door before we could say anythin'. They're still gettin' 'im outta there...but Enta's safe. Poor guy...seems a lot more peaceful now than 'e was when they found 'im. Called ya as soon as he came back."

"Were they flyin'?" Max asked with a giggle, using humor even though she took his problems seriously. Just, with everyone still out there and her cut off from them visually...she was worried. This was the best way of taking her mind off of it. She blinked, noticing the symbol on him. "Oooh...that's nifty! Whatsit say?"
