[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

It had only been 10 minutes since Kageko started having the nightmare. "C'mon, c'mon," Yin thought as she shuffled through a box in the storage room. On her body were a couple of injuries that came from touching things she shouldn't have touched. "There has to be something that can help in here," Yin searched even more frantically, this time looking for another box, but she couldn't find anything. She had no idea if there even was anything that could help and wouldn't have known it even if she saw it. "Kageko...," Yin worried as she looked around helplessly.

zefi had almost reached her halfway point when she felt something... she couldn't tell what it was but it seemed like something was wrong. Zefi looked about the woods but couldn't see a single thing out of place... Zefi sat down and took some food out of her backpack. She would set up mock camp here and would be on the look out for what seemed wrong here. It was like something as drawing her to it... Zefi had no idea what it was and tried to concentrate more on it as she ate a few crackers silently from a small bag.

A loud cry came from the upper floor of the Inn, from one of the bedrooms. It was soon followed by shouts of "I slept that long!?" and "Why didn't anybody wake me!? Did they not possibly think I could'a been dead there!? Oh man, two whole days! What's wrong with me!?"
It was soon followed by the usual cluttering of her armor- a sign that she was dashing about madly. Eventually it grew louder, indicating that she was making her way downstairs.
As she arrived she looked flustered and a little alarmed, before realizing that she had nothing of no real importance to get to... So why should the amount of time she slept be so important?

After a full night underwater... Alex resurfaced with her Dragon.... She was almost drunk "New Record!" she boomed

The dragons white scales shone was she flew back to the Inn

Alex crashed through the door of the Inn and sat down her dragon curling up like a dog at the table

Alex was better after blacking out....

Gren, from his favored chair, watched these proceedings with a questioning eye. That girl did like to make his mornings surreal...he turned back to his newspaper.  

[MacPere]

MacPere sighed and stood from his bed, having not slept a wink the previous night. It had stood as a means of composing himself, however, and the timing couldn't have been more perfect.

He strolled to the adjacent bathroom and stripped, setting the shower onto a lukewarm temperature before stepping in. He placed the flat of one palm against the smooth, white tiles, and huffed under the comforting water. He just hoped Gren didn't feel as though he had become completely detached... Then he would never forgive himself.

Giving himself a quick wash and dry then dressing in his usual attire, MacPere left his room and proceeded down the stairs.

Gren looked up as MacPere descended, his standard smile springing to his lips.

"Good morning, sunshine...feeling any better?"  

[MacPere]

MacPere smiled at Gren and nodded, approaching the man. "Much... One insomniac night can offer you a wealth of time to think."

He brushed the stray strands of hair hanging over one eye behind his ear, laughing nervously. "I... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to detach myself."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Yeah...I understand a little too well what you mean..." Gren gave him a look of mild consideration.

"Detach? Oh...yes. Well, I'm sorry to say that I would have only been a distraction to your thoughts if you hadn't, I think."  

[MacPere]

"Mm, perhaps... But not an unwelcome one~" MacPere hummed and nodded, looking off to the side for a moment. "And I have made my decision."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oh?" Gren sat up a little straighter, and set his paper aside, out of his lap. This seemed important.

"Morin' Love birds canna i get ya anythin'" she said her voice hoarse from the water
