Stella looked at it, Remy's description filling her with disgust. "Don't have to tell me twice...were there any lows they didn't stoop to? Though, if we're talking about releasing spirits, that's going to be a lot more subtle than just smashing it. I'm thinking...maybe a modified exorcism?"
"Hm, that could work, but you'll have to pair it up with some sort of last rites, or we'll be stuck with ghosts again," Azana nodded. "As much fun as that was, I'd hate to repeat it so soon."

Enta brightened. "I love strawberries. Thank you Howard." He took a small sip, letting the cool concoction slide down his sore throat.
Manny crept in behind Charlotte, eyes wide and curious.
Felix's nose twitched as he leaned up towards the smell of fish.

Charlotte held the fish a bit closer, wiggling it under his nose.

"Oh! No, I'm not upset with you...just hearing what I'm supposed to be dealing with," Stella dismissed the apology. "This is a real piece of work..."
"Speakin' a pieces a work...I gotta commission for James," Max announced with her arrival in the main room. "Can he make another necklace...but instead of two slots, can it mold to fit what stone is placed inside?"
"Lemme guess," Azana gave a sly glance to Remy. "Someone's picking up stones?"
"I don't see why he couldn't come up with some sort of adjustable pendant. He's worked on a couple of my finer pieces...amazing kid, that one," Terry smiled, though in the back of his mind, he wished this weapon wasn't so sinister. It looked like fun.

"I'll put it on the top of the list," Stella assured them, turning a serious eye to that chain. "I would like to take that with me...I can write up the spell tonight and have it ready for tomorrow."
"I'm not going to try and keep it from you," Terry said simply, taking a step away. "Though, if you wouldn't mind my carrying it...it doesn't seem to drain me."
"...you just wanna follow me home."
"Maybe."
"He's got a point, though...it's weaker, but the drain still happens. We need you at full power." Azana smirked to Terry...he better thank her later.

"It's fine...Tech lives for this sort of stuff. Besides, it's an excuse to get his butt out here again," Azana laughed, knowing he'd probably want the story, too, despite Tyler's prominent place in it.
"As my cousin said, the necklace is going to be the easy part," Stella answered, rolling her eyes and breathing a sigh of defeat. "Fine, Terry. Be my pack mule for a bit...I don't feel like tiring out halfway through my work."
Terry chuckled, wrapping up the package again. She could disguise it any way she wanted to; he was finding a way to her, and he knew it.

"I ain't partial," she answered, flipping out her smartphone and looking through her calendar. "Wonder if he'll recognize me..."
"I don't know many who wouldn't. Well, unless I want to pull an all-nighter, I should go. Give everyone my regards, won't you?" She waved, walking toward the door.
Terry knew how tense she was, just standing in here again. If only she realized she still had friends here, even if one of the owners wasn't among them. Can't really blame him, though...not my place to take sides.
"I hopefully won't be long!" He called, opening the door for the CEO.
Azana folded her arms before approaching the bar. She was pitching them to him...but it was his job to knock it out of the park.
