Erik remembered, he was still showing his face and covered it with the shadowed hood once more. "And if that really was just a small meal, I'd love to see you make a regular sized one."

Erik sighed and shook his head. "You know what you need, a good assassin style warmup, maybe we can do a few exercises if you make it past the warmups with some energy." Erik said, he would help this guy get back in to shape, even if it cost him his life.

"It won't make you an assassin, the warmups and exercises are no different than normal ones, just an increased quantity, or lowered quantity with higher difficulty." Erik explained. "You can't just sit there and waste away can you?"

"You can trust me not to kill you...now let's start real basic, let's just do reverse crunches until I say stop." Erik said, putting a number in his head so he didn't kill his source of food.

"You know what a crunch is correct? Just do that, except reverse, head goes right, leg's go left and vise versa." Erik said, tthat was how he was trained all the time when he was younger. "It should start burning real soon, so you'll know it's working." He said with a nod, he wanted to see if he understood what a reverse crunch was now.

"Er, okay."
It felt weird, stretching in the middle of the Inn, but oh well. He did as Erik said perfectly, the opposite of a crunch... but didn't really feel much burn.
"Is this supposed to be uncomfortable at all? It seems to be easy..."

"Not what I meant, just keep doing what you're doing right now, if you stray off course this might hurt a bit." Erik said, showing him the needles. "I'm not just plainly going to stab you, but I still need your permission to use these to further your training."

Howard gulped at the look of those needles... but he knew the guy wouldn't risk losing his food source. He nodded as he continued to do the motion.
Enra woke up on the couch. He and Enta had fallen asleep against each other, the catboy's head fallen against his shoulder. He smiled softly as he got up off the bed and gently crept his hands under him, carrying the boy in the way you would a small child: legs around his waist and his arms flung around his neck. With some effort, he carried him up to his room, laying him in his bed.
"Please, Enta... has the smoothie worked yet...?"

Enta grumbled awake, eyes blinking open. He sifted his body a bit and found himself suprisingly much less sore. "I-I do feel better actually..." He murmured up at Enra.
