Laimu glanced about them.

Charlotte smiled, heading back out with the bowl and setting it at her table, such that they might share a meal. "Don't give me the credit, you proved it yourself."
Gren nodded, smiling. "I think wine would certainly help...red or white?"

Chocolat took a position next to her as he sat and folded his legs under him the way most birds did, still a considerable height as his long neck stood a couple inches abover her head.
"Oi suppose so... baht still. Yer a noice li'le bagguh."
Laimus was confused.
"Red or white, the drink's for you.
Unless I'm mother briding too...?"

Manny, who had become distracted by a bird outside the window during his conversation with Liamu and Chocolat, turned his attention to the munching pair. Trotting over to Charlotte, he gave a chirp and a snort as he sniffed at her cereal. "Whatcha got there?"
Felix awoke slowly, the groggy catman making his way to the kitchen to get himself something warm to drink.
Henge had fallen asleep by the fireplace, curled up like a cat, incredibly long tail circled around his body.

Manny blinked widely and gave an excited chirrup. He delicately plucked a marshmallow from the bowl and popped it into his mouth. "So sweet... And slightly crunchy!"
Felix emerged with a mug of warm eggnog and sat at the table with the other three. He sipped slowly, oddly calm. "Good afternoon, everyone."

Stella's eyes opened slightly, the world seeming blurry for a moment as she came into focus on the Inn's ceiling. Back here again...?
"It's about time you woke up," Terry greeted her with a grin, one that met with her flat expression. "Don't give me that; you were practically catatonic when you returned. What kind of guy would I be to leave you in such a state?"
"I'm not sure, but right now you look obsessed," she answered. "You don't see anyone else here, do you?"
"Sosol brought you up here in the first place. Tyler ran diagnostics to make sure you weren't in any immediate danger. Hell, even MacPere stopped by, though why I'll never know."
The mage nodded, sitting up in bed as she began to feel that weakness set in, the one that came from two days of nothing but sleep. "...I'm not sure, either," she answered at last. "Terry...as much as I'd hate to ask you for a favor--"
"Get you something to eat so you can get out of their way?" Terry asked to her surprise. "Fine, but I want you to actually get this resolved before New Year's. It makes your visits awkward, and not just for you three." He turned for the door and left her alone for a few minutes, shaking his head as he walked down the hall.

Stella's gaze flicked over to the source of the noise, stifling her initial reaction to M.E. "...erm, hi..." She greeted. Of course there had to be two of him...
Terry waved to Laimu on his way down, entering the main room. "Evening, everyone," he greeted, wondering exactly what he was going to do about this. He was no chef, by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe they had something easy...
