"James Taylor, the Miracle-Maker," Azana laughed. "I hear ya...it was difficult living with Sol 'til he made those filter lenses. Couldn't look him in the eye without getting the headache of a lifetime."
Max hummed a carol to herself, setting down two plates of cookies before running back for the drinks.

((I think I found a candidate for Max's Theme ...)) Max sat at the seat next to Remy's setting, patting the seat. "Let's see how this works out!" She said, dunking one of the cookies in her reddened milk."Strawberry milk...nice touch. Did you add color to yours?" Azana sat at what she assumed was her spot. "Yeah...he could learn, but he's so easily distracted...when he's not tunnel-vision on the next big thing."

"Totally...if all else fails, he can try battin' for the other team," Max giggled, already halfway through a cookie.
"I don't think he'll ever swing that way," Azana said, shuddering at the mental image. "I can see his type, though...can't be an airhead, but probably won't be in the lab, either."
"So, someone kinda like us," she said after gulping down a bit of her milk, a slight tinge of red above her lip.
