Sosol leaned on the bar, listening to the piano. Someone was definitely in a good mood...considering he had spent a few days in feline form, he couldn't really blame the guy.
"...I suppose a little downsizing wouldn't hurt," Stella said at last, standing and using the opportunity to move the suitcase out of reach. "I'd still have to go back, though...cleaning, sorting, selling...I'll be busy."
He had learned by now that this counted as a victory in the books. "As long as you're actually going to go through with it, that's fine. Just remember you don't have to do it all yourself."

The sound of smooth piano chords twinkling up and down caught Howard's ears, and he relaxed a bit.

Star came downstairs upon hearing MacPere play the piano remembering how he and Gren use to preform together when she first came to the Inn. He had stayed in her room exercising a few days from not having done it in awhile. Plus she wanted to avoid the whole New years thing being that she thought of it as not a big deal.

Eating a tub of ice cream to herself in a secluded corner of the main room, Laura glanced constantly to the mysterious orange book. The shock of having a way to see Enra again was firmly set and honestly refreshing... it just disappointed her that it would only occur through written words on a page. Very long-distance.
"That's the good ol' Laura luck..." She murmured under her breath, observing the dripping cream before placing the spoon in her mouth.

Looking up, Laura gave an airy nod, eating another spoonful of ice cream. "Just fine... Have we met? I'm Laura~" She stuck out her freehand for a shake, as seemed customary.

Gren strolled in with a sigh, a long day of being back to work behind him. With a wave to all he spotted, his face lit up to the song and performer. He quietly took a seat and watched.

Montana trotted into the Inn, Looking slightly soggy and tired. Spotting Laura, he perked up slightly and padded over. "Evening, ladies." the dog said with a tip of his hat.

"Star... that's an amazing name. I can see why your parents gave it to you... you sparkle." Laura gave a kindly giggle and licked off her spoon, waving to Montana as he entered. "Hey Montana! Oh, would either of you like me to get extra spoons? There's plenty of ice cream left..."
MacPere looked up, grinning at his husband, nodding for him to come over.
