Terry hummed happily to himself as he walked into the Inn, noticing a vaguely familiar face...but one he couldn't put a name to. "Hi," he greeted simply, hoping it would come to him before he felt too awkward. "Quiet today..."

"You don't need an afterparty after one-a mine!" Max crowed from the top of the stairs, hands on her hips as she hopped downstairs. "They're just that good."
"Miss Mouse," Terry greeted with a bow, chuckling at her pose. "Thank you for putting together an amazing evening."
"Remy helped, ya know...he's all famous an' stuff now," she beamed, reaching the bottom and heading for Chris and Charlotte. "Glad ya had a good time, though...didn't waste that opportunity, did ya?" She winked to him, looking to Charlotte.
"Still? Really? Then we did it right!!"

Shalmii walked in, holding a couple of rather large, slightly glowing seeds. "Well, I found the thief, and, since he wasn't in a dungeon, he didn't have the shopkeeper protection, so... I got my stuffs back!"

"Ah, Silly String. Reminds me of my college days," he replied nostalgically. "Those were some crazy times. The Silly String was just the tip of the iceberg. Do I have some stories."

The trip down Memory Lane was interrupted by an exuberant Jake running down the stairs and charging out onto the front lawn where he proceeded to do an impromptu dance.

"Now that's how a birthday's supposed ta go. Party like a rock star!" Max laughed, greeting Remy with a hug and a tip-toed kiss to the cheek. "How's it feel to be older?"
Terry dodged Jake's joyful dash, looking after him through the open door. "...well, what's got him so excited?" He wondered aloud, shivering a little from the cold breeze being let in.

"Guess not," she chuckled in answer, squeezing him slightly. Still, the reality was there; it would never feel different for him. What was it that Angeles said? That they eventually lost count?
"Paper?" He blinked, looking back out to see that he indeed was clutching something. "You're incredibly observant! I hadn't even noticed!" He blinked, glancing back to the blue-eyed man before he smiled at it hit him. "Chris! I knew it'd come to me!"
"Who's letting the heat out?" Sosol asked, shutting the door from across the room before taking note of everyone inside, including Shalmii and her gargantuan seeds. "Never a dull moment, even without a crisis."
