((Ah, nothing like life drama.))
Max rested on Remy, the night bringing the strength that made her almost feather-like to him. She was halfway tempted to activate his bracer, but she shook her head. As long as he wasn't squeezing her, there really wasn't a need. "Still haven't gotten my last name," she teased out of the blue, having grown accustomed to the lack of a heartbeat out of him. At first, it had been unsettling, but now...she kind of wondered if she could go back to listening to them again.
Maybe I can try on Ty sometime.
"The Inn of Peace...plus a forge," Terry chuckled, ordering another round for himself and Gren. "This place will be its own commune at this rate."

Remy blinked, having not paid much mnd to the surge. Murmuring an activation to the bracer against hugs on a whim, he hummed. "Camille?"

"Great. I'll be right back then." Turning quickly (and throwing up another dust cloud), Derek walked back outside. A few moments later, he returned with an anvil, bellows, and hammer in one hand, a large metal bowl in the other.

hmm... Now that I think about it, I have alot of old things in here to repair, broken glasses, my old staff, a... Damn, the phoenix ashes spilled.... Ah, I gotta fix up my dagger set too... Hmm... I think a forge would be helpful... Hmm... I wonder what else I have broken in here...

((Well, made a special dinner for the boy, only to find him depressed from a really bad day at work.))
"I suppose you have a point there, though it's far from self-sufficient." Catching another small tumbler from Sosol, he looked over to Siren and gave a nod. "Good to see you again, Miss."
"That just sounds silly, Naomi Camille...you were closer with earlier guesses," she answered, poking his nose and sticking out her tongue playfully. "Hm...what kinda hint can I give ya? Oh, it sounds kinda like a normal word, but it's spelled differently."
"...I wonder if James or Tyler could make us a souped-up robo-vac," Sosol wondered aloud, watching their latest tenant's dust cloud. He was pleasant enough, and he guessed it came with the 'earth elemental' territory, but it did make keeping the place clean difficult.

"Oh, I wish! That'd be awesome...you're really close, though." Max fidgeted anxiously...would he actually guess it tonight?
"I wasn't suggesting we secede...even though I've always wanted to try to garden. No red flowers, though," he chuckled, his cheeks slightly rosy from the brandy.
"I don't want to rain on your parade, Terry, but how would you know your plants were healthy...?" Sosol asked, back at the bar after relaying as much as he could remember from the asylum jailbreak.

"I am going to be doing some metal work. As a hobby." Derek seemed a bit more lively than the previous few days. He carefully made his way down the stairs to store the materials until he decided to set up shop, then returned to the bar.

The elemental nodded. "I suppose I'll be busier than I thought. Glad to be working though, glad to be useful. Gren, I can make anything I am asked to. Weapons, armor, jewelry, sturdy stair steps." He grinned a bit at that last one.

"Am I the only one disconcerted that all the younger people are carrying daggers? And broken ones, at that?" Sosol asked, mostly rhetorically. He was one to talk, toting an as-yet unknown card alongside an old AEM pistol...neither of which he had much experience using.
"I like the slightly creaky wood," Terry protested to Derek's suggestion. "Adds a rustic charm."
"It was in there," Max said smugly, proud of her famous vampire artist boyfriend. "Now, which one?"

Hmm.... I could build a medium sized smithy with the right materials, if I got the Ok from Gren or zulma... Hmm... We'd need some iron sheets to build up a canopy. Best way to provide a vent is to lack walls... Then again, If it rains, we'd feel the effects... But the furnace would still work. said Myras, ignoring the resentment about his dagger collection.
