Actually, to tell the truth Spirit, that means that you wont learn anything for awhile. It is best to join where there are few academy students who are learning. That means you can become a genin sooner, then actually do things, such as go on missions with comrades, hang out, ect ect.
Dizzle, I can literally deflect anything you throw at me.

@Spirit: Again, CLOUD! Dizzle and I are there, plus the kage is pretty active and can start training you. I'm not sure about activity on the place, but Cloud has the strongest ninja in my opinion. Both the 8 and 9 tails are in Cloud, along with quite possibly the best Sannin around.

Also, Spirit, it is best to join a place where you and the sensei are in generally the same time zone. Otherwise, you once again, get nowhere fast.
Dizzle, say my name wrong one more time, and you wont believe how bad I will screw up your chances of becoming a chuunin twisted Imagine being stuck at genin rank, your entire roleplaying life.
