Angeles heard the farewell and turned to look behind her. at the vanishing speck that was Kageko. There was a stir of emotions inside Angeles' chest before she turned around and murmured, "I hope so."

((Sorry, going to be now. Goodnight))

(OOC: Good night. I gotta sleep too.)
Kageko stretched and leaned against the door. "Looks like I'm staying here until I can meet Zulma," she thought to herself. She continued the thoughts, "If I meet her. We barely cross paths even when we're awake at the same time." She sighed and repeated the message Angeles had wanted to deliver, "I went to do some shopping in Durem and visit the king while I was there. Ask...." After repeating it, she wondered if she would repeat that last word to Zulma. Angeles had probably excluded it to save her friend from worry, or maybe it was because she didn't trust Kageko with the information. Kageko thought for a while... and decided to tell Zulma. Kageko knew what it felt like to be kept in the dark about someone's disappearance, but she didn't dare tell Zulma the truth if Angeles didn't want her to. The best she could do is to tell all of what she could, and that included the last word that Angeles had uttered.
Next she brought up the image of the locket, then stored it away for future use. "I can look into that later," Kageko thought, "after I do what Angeles had asked me to do." She went upstairs and into the room she usually used.
Kageko's thoughts paused as she undressed for bed, she was borrowing clothes again. She had noticed a problem with Angeles's message. It was a lie and Kageko couldn't tell lies. "Ugh," she thought to herself, "How do I get around this?" She plopped herself on her bed, she had finished undressing, and thought about it as she drifted off to sleep.

Yin and Yang, Yang had finally managed to calm down thanks to Yin, decided to sleep in the branch of a tree above Zefi for the night.

Gren sat at the chair he'd placed in front of his bathroom's mirror, carefully redressing his cuts. Passing out after all of that yesterday was pretty embarrassing, and besides, he wanted to check on Angeles. He knew that what she'd done was on instinct, and that she'd feel quite poorly about the whole affair.

MacPere groaned as he sat up in his bed, feeling entirely groggy from the night's events. Killing an old woman who attempted to drain your blood and bake you; having a friend lose herself to instinct and also try to drain you of your blood and bleeding out before someone you love (probably worrying them half to death) wasn't among his ideals.

At least he had been healed, somewhat at least, by Angeles' holy water and managed to procure that cello...

Wincing at a complaint from his arm and leg, he got up and straightened his shirt. First things first, checking on Eli. Gren decided he'd grown fond of that name, but was going to go easy on its use, it being a sensitive point.

Sighing, he took a final look in the mirror, sighed, flashed a smile, and strolled out to MacPere's room. Knocking gently on the door, Gren hoped he was awake.

"Come on in~" MacPere spoke between a yawn, rubbing his face with a hand.

" Try to see this from their point of view." Ale explained "To them, I'm the bad one. After all, it was me who ran away and ruined everything. Matron had to search for another successor, the High House of Light was left with no dancer, Hikari ended up choosing the Stone Princess..." she didn't continued, remembering Matron's words regarding Merina. Ale didn't know what was in store for the priestess, but it shouldn't be pleasant. There weren't that many rules in the land, but starting a fight in the Forest of Silence during a period of mourning was not something to be taken lightly, even the Elements had their saying in that. " Please, don't stay mad at them. It's really not worth it." she asked Aris. "And yes, the outside world is not very apreciated around here. I guess it's because most of them don't know it, and there's a tendency to dislike the unknown." she sighed "I wish they could see it the way I do, that I could show them how mistaken they are."

She kissed his cheek and continued: " You said you wanted to talk with Hikari a little more, right? I'll leave you to it, while I go find something to eat."
She got up and left the clearing, walking to where the red trees were.

Cracking the door a bit, Gren peeked in. "Morning, sunshine...feeling okay?"

MacPere looked between his fingers and smiled, nodding as the hand was placed back in his lap. "Yeah... A little achy but that holy water does wonders." He nodded his head to Gren, inviting him inside. "How about you? Is your arm alright?"
PostPosted: Mon Nov 30, 2009 9:01 am

Gren entered, closing the door behind himself with a quiet click. "Yeah, I've got nothing to complain about. Just some bruises and cuts, nothing much. But your cuts were deep, and you need to rest and get some more blood in your system." He sat on the end of the bed, smiling. Relieved.

MacPere gave a quiet sigh, at ease upon hearing Gren being alright. "I've never been one to to just lie around and rest. I become extremely restless after even the shortest amount of time."

"Humor me, at least for the time being...But the holy water made quick work, so you should be all right. Just go easy, okay?" He looked around and spied a cello case. "That's new..."

"Hm?" MacPere followed Gren's gaze and laughed lightly, shifting under the bed covers. "Oh, that~ Angeles wanted to hear me play the cello so I bought one. I'm not too experienced with it, so it will be a little rusty but..."

He shivered slightly, recalling the way Angeles had stared at him, like a fox to a rabbit; simply as another piece of meat ready for consumption. It would take a while for him to be able to shrug it off and act as though it hadn't happened or it wasn't a problem.

"Oh...yeah...some night that was, huh..?" Gren chuckled sadly. "I'm sorry that you had to worry about me like that. I was kind of reckless, just charging in without a decent plan...but you didn't have a chance, I thought, and...well, I couldn't just let you go."

MacPere's gaze flicked from the cello case to Gren, a soft smile gracing his lips. "You know it was just that morning Angeles and I were discussing you beating her to death with your saxophone because of me... Funny."

He crawled from beneath the covers, wincing slightly, and sat on his knees beside Gren, taking his face with both hands. "I genuinely believed that you were going to die, Gren... I couldn't allow you to go that easily either." He laughed a little and brushed their lips, humming quietly. "E-Even if I was just completely useless and ended up bleeding all over you~"
