"If you're going to be laughing like that, you'll need fresh bandages for sure..." He got a few out, as one of the rawer wounds bled a small amount, running slightly down his side. Wrapping bandages in that odd light yet secure fashion, the wound was soon bound and clean, and Gren sat smiling holding MacPere's shirt. "Ready?"

"If I'm not now, I doubt I shall be~" MacPere held out an arm, flexing his torso to test the bandages' movement restrictions.

"Right..." Gren held MacPere's hand steady, and slipped it into the sleeve, sliding the fabric up his arm. Repeating the motion with the other, he began buttoning the shirt from the top down, giving attention to each button, and slowly made his way to the bottom, which rested on MacPere's lap atop the blankets. "Need help with your pants too?"

MacPere smirked and petted Gren's hair, slowly shaking his head. "No, I think I have it from here. Goodness knows how I'll hold back if you do that too~" He stood and took up his trousers, slipping into them with a few hops and a grunt.

"Heh heh heh...as you like it." Gren sat back and let MacPere hop into his pants, nothing that his assumption (MacPere sleeping nude) was wrong. Still, he loved how that tail of his would lash...

"Should I head down and start the tea?"

"That would be lovely, thank you~" MacPere pecked Gren's lips and straightened almost immediately, taking his tie from one bed post and wrapping it around his shoulders. "I shall be down as soon as my waistcoat is on."

"You recover fast! Don't see why I should worry... still, today's flavor is darjeeling." He slipped out and made his way downstairs, stepping lightly on his aching leg. He hoped they'd managed to clear up all the blood, and wondered about the condition of his sax case. Good thing he'd left the sax upstairs for some air...

As soon as Gren left the room, MacPere sat himself upon the bed, holding his side with a frown. Perhaps he was becoming a little too confident in his motions... It would be best to take things easy for now.

Pacing from the en suite to the bedroom, MacPere promptly fixed his tie and attached its brooch as well as buttoning up his waistcoat. He grabbed the cello case and held it with the arm opposite to his wound, easing himself down the stairs in order to avoid accident with either himself or the instrument.

As the tea steeped, Gren looked with mild regrets towards the once-white towels that laid in the sink, dumped unceremoniously after a hasty cleaning. They were quite stained...and Zulma would not be pleased. He'd replace them, somehow, and the sooner the better. Setting the pot on a tray with two cups, sugar and cream, he eased his way into the main room, and gaped at MacPere carrying a cello case down the stairs.

"Wh-what are you doing? That's way too heavy!"

(I'll have to be going soon...)

MacPere glanced up and wobbled, almost taking a fall down the stairs - it was a good job that he stood at the bottom step. "No, I've... I've just about got it..." He heaved the case to the floor and sighed, smiling with satisfaction. "Ah... It did get to my back a bit, though..."

(Okie dokie, same for myself actually.)

"Tch..." Gren set down the tea tray at their preferred seats and picked up the cello case with his good arm, and took MacPere's hand with the other. "C'mere, you..." he said with a smile, leading MacPere to his seat and setting the cello case gently against a wall.

(Gotta go shopping~! heart )

"Thank you..." MacPere cooed, seating himself with an amused smile. "I feel almost senile in this state, my old age seems to be catching up~ Ah, I am truly unworthy of your care~"

(Have fun~! heart )

Zulma winced at being thrown away in such a manner. the three of us.... she thought bitterly that there was no such thing. She walked back downstairs, feeling even more down than when she entered. She was ready to pour herself something to drink when she noticed that Baldur was not there anymore. She headed for the main door and found the panther heavily sniffing around. A flash came to her mind: blood...then holy water...Angeles...

Zulma's eyes widened. She had no clue what had happened but MacPere's words were taking shape. He was wounded. And Baldur's discovery that Holy Water had been used around...she could too well imagine the rest. Angeles losing her mind and trying to feed on MacPere and Gren rescuing him with holy water...

Zulma cursed, she should have been there. She should have forced Angeles before such a thing happen. How she was sorry that those who called themselves her friends did not even speak to her, even when she asked.
Despite her tiredness, Zulma rushed back in to grab her dusty coat and swang back out. "Baldur?" but the panther already knew where they would head. In a flash, Zulma left the Inn. She hoped to save her before it would be too late.

((sorry it took longer than I hoped sad ))

Kageko had rushed downstairs. She had felt the innkeeper's, Zulma's, energy and was about to deliver the message after dressing up and getting Yin to tail Angeles in case she needed help. As she left her room, she felt Zulma's energy leave. "Shoot!" she thought, "I still have to giver her the message!" She ran out the inn, hoping to be able to catch her in time.
"Well," she thought to herself, "that didn't work." She was now trying to tail the trail of energy that Zulma had left behind. Luckily, because she was excited, Zulma had left behind just enough for Kageko to follow. "Good thing I didn't only practice on offense," she thought to herself as she followed the trail, "but either way, this isn't going to be easy to catch up with...." Her mind drifted off as she tried to figure out if there was a way to somehow, miraculously, catch up to her.
