The game was in the fourth quarter and it was still anybody's game. The crowd on the sofa was on the edge of their seats as they watched with anticipation.

"The five I saw clearly...no. The sixth was still blurry...there may be hope for her." Sosol answered. "It's slim, but it's there."
"Just makes me want to move faster on this," Azana smirked.
"Mrow-ow?" Moonbeam meowed, trotting across the room and rubbing up against his legs. "Mow."
"It seems the answer is 'yes'..." Kristen said, her cheeks a slight hue of pink. "Laimu...about that whole Valentine thing..."

Laimu smiled, bending down to pick her up and place her on his lap, stroking her back with long fingers.
"Such a beautiful little girl you are..."
He looked up to Kristen with a gentle smile.
"Yeah, what about it? You get in contact with that guy yet?"

"Nya...prrrrrr~" Moonbeam purred, settling into his warm lap.
"W-well, no...it may take Erik some time. Even with a name and a face, there is no information on his whereabouts," Kristen said, glancing away. "I, er, I doubt he will find him before Valentine's..."
"I couldn't agree more...they mentioned Sundays, so that's what we have to go on. Mid-week, the place might be relatively empty; we can go in, see if anyone's home, and get some recon on the layout. Sunday, we sting them all." Azana took another sip, rather proud of the impromptu plan.
"And what of--"
"If we find her during our recon, we get her out of there. Simple as that."

The ball fell dead and the group on the couch let up a great cheer. Everything else was a technicality. This game was over.

He pouted, though he continued his ministrations along Moonbeam's back and started along to nestle fingertips into the small crook in the baack of her neck.
"That's no good."
He sighed as he brought Moonbeam up to cradle in his arms, tickling her belly.

"I'm afraid I can't find him that easily without more information, there are a million people out there with that name. If you could tell me he had any close friends, family, or anything I'd find him." Erik said, taking a relaxing position inside the walls.
Gear just happened to be drinking an unknown beverage when the Super Bowl was over. Keeping herself from flatout spitting at the screen, Gea laughed calmly. "Not how I thought it'd go..." Gear said, she should have known.

"Well, it's definitely indoors," Azana said, humming in thought. "You should be fine...besides, you have that transporter."
Kristen's smile turned somewhat awkward...couldn't he take a hint? "No...it seems I will be alone on Valentine's Day, at this rate. The chances of someone asking me so short-notice are pretty slim." She glanced over to Erik as he appeared, clearing her throat somewhat. "Unfortunately, that personnel file is all I have on him..."
"Congratulations," Sosol said to the group cheering nearby. "That sounds good to me...you might want to run it by the Knights, though..."

"Good idea...he probably wants to keep you all to himself," Azana chuckled, in better spirits now that they had a time frame.
"Pardon...?" Kristen asked, tilting her head curiously. "What is decided?" She could hardly contain that smile that threatened to burst through...this might actually work.
"Nyaow?" Moonbeam rubbed her head against him, wondering why she had stopped petting him.
