Gren set his chin thoughtfully into his left hand and leaned his elbow onto his knee. He was feeling much better himself, and hoped that his beloved was the same. The cello was giving a rich tone, and for Macpere's claims to not be good at this, Gren had his doubts. Plenty of potential...

Angeles closed her eyes and listened. He did better than he had led her to believe he would, and she smiled absently allowing the music to move her. She rested her hands on the table and her head on her hands, her hat falling off her head but she paid it no mind. She hummed along slightly smiling and at peace.

MacPere continued to play, swaying his bowed head with the music absentmindedly. As he stroke a low note, he dropped the bow and growled, doubling over and grasping his side. He cursed under his breath and winced deeply, keeping his other hand up to keep the pricey cello steady.

"Eli!" Gren hopped up and took the cello, gently setting it on the floor, before turning to the bigger problem at hand. "Is it those cuts?"

Angeles stood from her table and walked over to MacPere. She carefully took the cello from the floor so that Gren could have full access to the man. It was only then that she noticed the tail. A white eyebrow ascended on her brow before her eyes went from the tail to MacPere doubled over in pain. She took the bow up and set both items on a table. She wanted to help, but there was not much else she could do with the sun still in the sky. And what the holy water couldn't heal could only heal by itself.

MacPere watched Gren's gaze flick over his scarf and scrutinised those considering eyes. Don't you dare...
"Hey... I have gifts for the first day of advent." He abruptly stood, hissing under his breath and walked as best as he could to the sack he had placed down previous.

"For you, Grencia..." MacPere pulled out a large bouquet of pink flowers, holding it out with a smile. "I'm sorry that they are pink, the shop was out of red~"
He then turned to Angeles and pulled out a bunch of white flowers, smiling sheepishly. "I am not sure if you like flowers, so... I got you a bunch anyway."

Angeles stood behind Gren looking at MacPere and saw something flash in his eyes. She smiled and almost cruel smile and walked back to her table to eat the cake, "twenty five day of Christmas MacPere? And here I thought twelve was too many," she chuckled and sat down, tearing off a piece of the cake and putting it into her mouth. She then smiled at MacPere and gingerly took the flowers, "thank you my friend," she said and set them on the table.

Gren was taken aback by this turn of events. "Oh...wow, I don't think I've ever been given flowers before... you aren't going to do this every day, are you? I'll feel like a jerk for only giving you one on the day of..." He wondered why the sudden change of subject, and noted this in the back of his mind.
