Zulma smiled at Albee.
"So tell me, would you like something to eat or drink?" she asked softly.
She had to break the embrace, it felt too warm, too nice.
She passed her hand in his hair, messing it up with a chuckle.

Remy wiggled his glass of nectar. "Taken care of, babe...but hey, no blood breath tonight!"
Gren smiled, sipping his tea. Things were falling right into place, exactly where he wanted them. Zulma looking happier, Terry with Stella, Kristen with Laimu, Laura in good shape, birthday promises, and a good cup of tea.

"I am merely worried about my brother and sister-in-law...there were supposed to perform reconnaissance concerning the address they received from the cult members. They have, obviously, not yet returned. It is growing late, and I fear they may find themselves in a difficult situation again." Kristen knew better...after all, they had never failed as yet, but a long streak does not mean an eternal one...

"Are you sure you are allowed apple juice?" Zulma recalled something about the thing but with a smile, she poured the boy a small glass of his favorite drink.
Kristen's speech did not please the woman.
"I'll be right back." she told Albee and walked to Kristen.
"Where did they go? When did you expect them back?" she remembered seeing them at lunch but not since then.

Laimu nodded.
"Siblings... I worry about mine as well. But I am here and they are elsewhere, so there's not much I can do. And worrying about something I can't do and doing nothing about it seems a tad wasteful..."
He then though of it another way, embarassed.
"I-I mean... not that your feelings aren't wasted or anything, it's just... erm."
Albee rolled his eyes.
"It's the only thing I'm allowed. Good thing I love it though!"
He let Zulma walk off for a moment, holding the glass with both hands and glping it down.

"I cannot provide you with answers, Zulma, as I am not entirely certain of the location myself. All we know is an address...but I do hope they will return shortly. It was merely supposed to be a scouting mission." Kristen looked to Laimu nodding in understanding; there was little she could do, and worrying wouldn't help much, but it was hard not to.
"Win! C'mere, you!" Max cheered, pulling Remy into a quick kiss.

Zulma did not like a bit being brushed off that way. If Kristen was worried, it meant that there was a reason.
She gave a look to the woman, telling her without word that she was not satisfied. Now she was worried too. She looked at the clock. If in half an hour they were not back, she was getting that address!
She heard Gren's offer. No way she was letting him go alone!
Zulma walked back to Albee and sat next to him.
"Any good?" she asked, sipping her own drink.

The poet settled for a closer seat next to her, placing a long arm about to comfort her the best he could. He felt it his duty as her Valentine.
Albee was finished with his drink, licking his lips and smiling brightly.
"Delish!"

"I got the place," Max said, pouting for having to leave Remy. "I'll go grab it for ya..."
"I did not want to make all of you worry, as well," Kristen protested, not sure whether their presence would be harm or help in this situation. "I am sure they will return shortly!"
