Casue when he left all his RPCs were dead so he probably made one and auto ranked it to sannin and stuff so it will be unbeatable and probably doesnt follow the system.

mostly cause she didn't use a seal to activated and you didn't take off anything covering your sharigan before they performed the jutsu

If you want me to edit in removing the eyepatch or something I will, but I thought simply saying activating the sharingan would be just that, since technically the implant its always activated. Are you saying the jutsu has to have a seal in order to copy it? Cuz if I remember correctly lee didn't make any seals for his little taijutsu move that sasuke copied no problem.

No, you can't self learn. I have the same problem as you, it's my bloodline too. I am currently in the chuunins, so if I make it I can self-learn them. I can teach you then..
