Violet shook in the corner of the closet, the pencils hidden behind her. They promised...why did she believe them?

the horned boy looked up as a younger boy with bags entered, looking a bit haggard. Third new face for the day... Interesting. He felt an odd tingling at the base of one of his spiral horns. Trouble was afoot...
Enta had been in the kichen all night, prepairing a massive cke with his borther's instructions. Glancin out the doorway, he spotted the one ace he had longed to see. "Enra!" he shouted, dropping his pastry bag and hurrying to his lover.

Enra spotted Enta in almost the same instant, placing his glass down as he caught Enta and lifted him in a hug.
"God, Enta, it's been too long!!"

The catboy hugged his lover tight, tears comming to his eyes out of sheer happiness. "I've missed you so much!" He looked up at him as he was let down, but remained in his arms. "How was France? Did your job go well?"

"Sir, the room has just recently been fumigated for an apparent outbreak of ants and bedbugs at the same time. Whiny fool... I'm glad that sourpuss left. He had a braid, brown, all the way down his back. Thought he was some breed of 'ancient' warrior, thus all of his whining and gloating of standards. Do beg my pardon, but if one wishes to be treated like royalty, you have to treat others in the manner. Don't you agree? To be honest, I tried to be as polite as I could possibly could, but I lost the plot and ended up locking him in the room with his 'bedbugs' and 'ants'. He didn't like that one bit, hah! You should have heard the inventive curses he threw out at me. But, ever since that day, my husband has made the room off limits until I managed to have it professionally exterminated. Yesterday was the day for that, and the room is still out of bounds for another week. Now, if you would like to see Violet, she is in the medical ward. Terrible stuff happened to the poor girl, she even had a collar on like some kind of animal. Shall we?"

"Almost? Well then, I'm clearly not doing my job properly..." He chuckled, eyes flicking down to the reaching arm. "I worked hard on that story too~"
In a flash, MacPere whipped off his jacket and threw it over the cultist's head, finding the confusion caused to be a perfect moment to arrest him. One hand grabbed the delving arm whilst he took a brutal kick to the front of the man's knee, ensuring that he remained unable to stand. Finding him suitably disarmed, he walked around to his back, held both arms in the air and pressed a foot to the back of his neck.
"What's the game, hm?"

As soon as he found his vision obscured, the cultist made a blind slash with the knife from his pocket, but it seemed to hit nothing. In what seemed like an instant, he was caught in a rather uncomfortable position with little in terms of a way out. He certainly was no pushover, but that really didn't matter to him.
"Hmph...like I would tell someone as insignificant as you. Kasdeya will crush you beneath her heel..."
Violet shuddered in the closet...even mention of that name sent a wave of pure dread over her.
