Emi blinked, then turned his head to survey his rump. It seemed no different than usual; more luck was no apparent. Chirping to himself, he hopped onto Howard's shoulder. "Wato yuu doiingu?"

Finding his night to be of an outstanding quality, MacPere gathered left over pancakes on a plate, a suitable drizzle of syrup over the type. It was time to feed the captive.
Unlocking the door with a whistle, following the usual practice of locking behind, hiding the key and flicking the lights on, he smirked. "Good morning Sunshine..." He purred, taking each step slowly, wafting the smell of the pancakes forward to the handcuffed prisoner. "Are we ready for breakfast~?"

"Hello again," he greeted, relatively calm given his state, though his stomach betrayed his hunger as the scent drifted in. "Come to reconsider my offer...?"
Violet woke in her usual room, having slept soundly with the lack of strange technology and the presence of her beloved dream catcher. Wherever it had come from, she was entirely grateful...she climbed out of bed, getting ready for the day.
Azana stretched, walking in with a yawn. Luckily there was almost always crash space at HQ, but did Stella really have to keep her that late?

Gren leaned calmly against the basement wall, observing. The wondered about the offer, but said nothing.
Remy shuffled downstairs with a yawn. "Mornin'."

"You two...and especially you," he said, looking to MacPere, "have such a beautiful hidden side...come with me, and bring Violet. Kasdeya would shower favors upon men such as you..."
"Hey, Remy," Azana greeted, walking out of the kitchen with a mug of vaguely mocha-smelling mate. "How've you been?"
Violet adjusted her beret, taking her notebook and pencils in hand as she ascended the staircase, finding one familiar face and one relative stranger. Remembering what the former had done to the last intruder, she sat at a table closer to her, opening to a clear page.

"Hey Az! I'm doin' good...how's it all goin' down here? Violet, you're looking better today...good to see it!" he said genially, pausing to sniff the air. His brow furrowed slightly. Some thing was amiss... There was something new... "What kind of mocha is that?"
Gren remained politely blank in expression.

"Mm, see? There you go assuming that we aren't beautiful individuals already. A shame..." He cut a square of the pancake with the side of his fork, spearing it and holding it forward. "But, do tell me of this 'Kasdeya'. A figment of sorts, I imagine?"

"Insane as usual," Azana said with a slightly weary chuckle. "I just got back from HQ...Stella's been on hyperdrive between Violet's issues and meeting her hero." She glanced down to the mug, giving a casual shrug about it. "Some sort of mate blend...I think there were cocoa nibs in it, so it smells kind of like chocolate. I just needed something to keep me up with out giving me those annoying jitters..."
"That was never my implication...but your talents are wasted here," he said in a rather friendly tone, delighted they asked. "Oh, she is hardly a figment, my friend. She is very real, and every rite we perform brings her kingdom here closer to reality..."
Violet nodded. "...thank you, Remy," she answered, finally remembering his name as she began to sketch again. One would notice that she was already halfway through the pages of that notebook...

"I'm fine...got some sleep at HQ, actually. Just not used to those beds..." She rolled a shoulder, listening to it pop a little. "Then again...you know, I think you're right. I'll be back down in a couple hours." She strolled over to the stairs, heading up for her room. Even if she didn't settle down to sleep, a little downtime with her husband wouldn't hurt...
Violet remained quiet, though after getting the basic frame of her newest picture, she began to realize she was hungry again...leaving the pencil waiting on the page, she stood from her table and headed for the kitchen. Maybe just some cereal, if she could find it...

Violet turned back to look at Remy. "...I was hoping for breakfast. Do you...know where they keep the cereal...?" All the cabinets looked alike, and the pantry seemed that it would be large. How did anyone know where to find things in here, save for those who incessantly cooked?
