Max blinked, beaming and nodding. "Totally! Wacha think? Clubbing? Gaming? Bowling?" The last one was a bit random, but she was just popping up with ideas to drown out Remy's recommendation..."be safe". Wasn't she already? Did he see her hurt in those futuristic memories?

Max gasped, popping out of the bed and spinning around to Remy. "Why not both?! Taco party and game tournaments! Not like we have much in the way of prizes...guess it's just for bragging rights! We just gotta track down one-a those good cooks 'round here, and we're on!"

Violet was bored...she was just randomly, mindlessly sketching now, an odd geometric pattern.

Violet almost fell out of chair at the surprising call-out, blinking as she looked up to Remy. "Y-yes..." she answered, clearly confused by the whole thing. Still, he seemed so...enthusiastic... she turned the page, beginning to sketch Remy with that twitchy smile back on her face.
Azana raised an eyebrow, chuckling at Remy's question. "What brought this about?"
Kristen gazed at him, nodding in mild understanding before smiling. "Tacos sound wonderful...but who will cook?"

"Gren's easiest. OI, GREN!" he yelled, awaiting a reply.
From his apartment, there was a muffled "WHAT?"
"COME MAKE TACOS!"
"...OKAY."
Remy flashed the ladies a thumbs-up. "Awesome. Max and I are tired of everyone being all gloomy. Yeah, it's not a great situation, but c'mon now. We're tough! We're smart! Let's make tonight fun! She's changing, I'm arranging games. Whadda you say?"

Violet nodded, finishing the basic sketch and shutting her notebook. "...I'll need instructions..."
"You know I'm always up for a good challenge," Azana answered, standing to head for the stairs. "And Gren's gonna need help. I'll drag my husband down here myself, if I have to."
Kristen hummed in thought before heading back to the kitchen to get everything out for them. "I am willing to play, as well."

Gren descended the stairs, looking tired. Eli was peeved, therefore his day was spent on it. 'Remy, why do you need tacos? You aren't even going to eat any..."
"We're thinking a party. Want in?"
"On a Tuesday night?"
"If not now, when?"
He shrugged, sighing. "Sure...I'll get started."

"Brother!" Kristen greeted happily, peeking out of the kitchen. "The ingredients are ready!"
