"...well, it's easy...when I know they're safe. They still scare me, but...I know they won't hurt me..." She stopped coloring for a moment, looking over the tail...getting that fur texture right was always hard for her.

"...no..." Violet said, looking back down to her picture now that the tail and ears were handled. The rest wouldn't be so hard.
"Of course!" Azana said from the kitchen, rushing back in with a mug full of, well, even she didn't know at this point. She sat it down at a table and began to flip through the book...hopefully they kept it in this edition...

"There!" She stopped at a page, looking at an illustration...that's what Violet's strange flower had reminded her of. It had been bugging her for days...

"Yeah...there was something on one of Violet's doodles...reminded me of something, and I just found it in here." Azana pointed down to it. "The rose cross wheel...looks kind of like a flower, but it's used to generate sigils based on angelic names..."

"Yeah...just about any of them, though some of the bigger names have more elaborate ones. You know, like Michael." Azana explained, wishing she had a pencil to draw it. "Ceremonial magic isn't really my big interest, but I thought the rose was convenient..."

"Chris' theory of alien intelligence is a little out there, pardon the pun...but there is the possibility that she has some sort of unconscious arcane knowledge that would help the cult in some way...is that where you were going?"
Violet frowned...hushed voices. They were talking about her again. Trying her best to ignore it, she continued to color, almost done with Felix.

"Sort of...I'm also thinking that her highly photographic mind, if it can hold minute details like this thing, could be used to make a sigil that the average member couldn't...to summon anything." he said thoughtfully.
He glanced up. "By the way, Violet, I know you're listening, and that's good, because we're trying to figure out why they're after you. We're not trying to shut you out, so if you want to ask anything, go right ahead." he offered kindly.
