"Actually I was reading a paper and saw this ad for a guy who invents stuff for a price. And since I got this really nice heap o' money from my job with MacPere, I'm thinking of putting in an order."
He pulled the slip of paper from his pocket.
"This ad here's kinda weird though... He says that his prices vary like a chicken..."
Enra blinked, then looked back down at the paper.
"...Chicken?"

He sent her a salute as he stepped out, whistling as he closed the door behind him.
Howard stepped downstairs now, apparently busy jabbering with the chibi on his shoulder. He had attempted to continue some of the Chibish lessons on his own, but it was proving to be rather difficult since there was a snack break in between each translation. He'd only gotten up to four phrases last night, and that had been after at least two or three hours of repetition.

"I'm stretching as far as I can! I'm not made of chibi rubber y'know... Oh, hey Charlotte. Mr... Mashu, was it? Mashu doesn't think I'm doing this right. But I keep on insisting that my arms aren't able to stretch like that."

Charlotte rolled her eyes. "Chriiiipiichibiii bichipibi prinyaaanpi." she said, demonstrating the arm's limitations in motion.
"Frina?"
"Pii."
He looked annoyed, but sympathetic. "Fiiii."
Charlotte smiled at Howard. "I explained that you have a speech impediment."

Howard couldn't help but smile.
"Thanks."
He tried the motion once more, trying to sreach as far as he could for the needed arm he criticized before. Then he made motions as he spoke for the other phrase he had asked for before they started the lesson. He figured it would help in the future for learning.
"Chiirii?"
