Zulma had closed her eyes under Gren's stroke.
She did not answer to his comment, only let herself to the sensation.
A man's chest... Baldur's chest. No that was not Baldur's chest. Baldur's was strong and hard, muscled and toned. This one was soft and almost welcoming. She felt nice there.
She smiled.
"Your chest is so soft..." she said in a whisper.

Zulma was puzzled by Gren's reaction.
"I...I am sorry I did not mean..." she paused and raised an eyebrow, she had never seen her friend seeming so nervous and she did not want him to feel bad about anything she said.
She stepped back and put her hands on her hips with a very severe look in her eyes. "Why the hell are you apologizing?! This was a compliment!"
She jumped at his neck and kissed his cheek.
"I don't mind a man with a soft chest..." she said with a teasing smile.

Blinking, surprised at the series of reactions in succession, he internally sighed in tentative relief. "I'm sorry...I'm just a little shy about it, I guess. Still, I'm glad you like it...Eli does too." he added with a chuckle.

Opening his mouth, Eli bit back down on his lip, gaze flicking from Grencia to Zulma and back again. There was a potential elephant looming outside of the room, waiting to barge in.

Zulma noted something strange in MacPere's way but she could not figure out what. She looked at Gren, then MacPere, then Gren.
"What?" she asked. "Do I have something between my teeth?" she asked a little puzzled.
Had she said something wrong? She could not figure out what. They were friends...

"I see..." she sighed.
She looked at the time.
"Oh well dinner time. I should prepare something for people. Even if only for the three of us...except if you had plans tonight?" she asked them.
