Zulma blinked then giggled then blushed with her mouth wide opened. Then the woman sighed and shook her head.
"I just asked, so you are allowed to ask. I am 29 and thank you for the compliment."
Zulma looked at Adam with some confusion in her eyes. She was certain that he had no ulterior motive when he said that he found her beautiful. It felt like a boy saying that to his aunt whom he loved. She did not know if she was supposed to be pleased or not.

She stood up and took his glass and her teacup.

Zulma looked at her empty cup.
"It was earl grey. I'll make you a cup, you can just leave it if you don't like it..."
With those words she disappeared to the kitchen.
The man was putting her on edge. He was a strange one. She did not know how to behave with him.
Minutes later she came back with two smoking cups.
"Here you go. Careful it's very hot."

"As long as people respect the others, we are open to any kind of people. Whatever age, race, gender, sexual orientation, human or not.... We have a wide variety of guests."
She paused.
"The only thing is that they have to respect the peace of the Inn and its guests."
She paused and turned to him.
"Does that answer your question?"

He nodded slightly, looking amazed. "Yes, it does...and I certainly can do that. It sounds wonderful, though...a place for anyone. To have opened your home during a war...you are the best kind of person!"
