"Well, that's quite the gift," Sosol agreed with a nod. "Can I get either of you two anything to celebrate?"
Max let go, bounding over to Stella and slapping the paper on the bar. "How's that?"
Stella picked it up, looking over it quietly. "Nice symmetry...five stones instead of three, though....and copper's a creative choice for the metal. I like it." She folded the paper a couple times as to fit it in her purse. "Is there anything I can do in return?"
"Put my initials in it?" Max suggested with a shrug. "James'll know 'em..."

Stella grinned to the others, standing to leave but feeling a slight pressure on her shoulders. ...Sol, just what do you think you're doing?

Stella took the glass, muttering a few phrases under her breath as she took a sip. She really hated it when he did that...

Charlotte spun around, giggling. "You and I are the only one who really went all out...ha ha!" She paused. "AH...h-hachoo! Haschiu! Achoo!"
"Take care, Charlotte."
"No 'bless you'?"
"Not for three, on today of all days."
"Oh...I'm sure there's a good reason, but I'm running late! Seeya!" she said, romping out the door, Fee clinging to her hat.

"Runnin' late?" Max tilted her head. What was she running late for...? It didn't matter much, but it was amusing. "Man, where is everyone? There oughta be a party here!"
"The real rush doesn't start until the later afternoon," Sosol said, smiling. "You'll get your chance."
Terry walked in, spotting Stella. "There you are!" He said, walking over briskly. "I've been getting assaulted out there...!"
Stella looked over to him, shaking her head with a sigh. "That's because you're wearing red, Terry. Not green."
"Really...? This must be their idea of a prank..." He sat down, squinting at it as though that'd help anything. "I really, honestly thought it was green..."

"Spectra Vert," Stella muttered, his entire outfit now green in a faint shimmer. "Problem solved."
"Erm, thanks...but this is a bit of overkill, isn't it?" He said, looking down at the now entirely gray (to him) ensemble.
"I like to think of it as festive..." She smirked, looking to Sol. "Guess I should start a tab, if you're so insistent on keeping me around."

"Before you even ask, yes, I'll help," Stella said, sipping at her new drink and feeling incredibly awkward. Of all the people to be stuck here with...one she wasn't happy with, one that wasn't happy with her, and a boyfriend she wasn't entirely sure about.
This is going to be a long day without some intervention...
"Thanks...it's obvious my colleagues in the Pentacle Division have little regard for my quirks," he said, glad to be green but not having planned on being this green. At least it seemed Max could relate to him.
"Finally! Someone else in the spirit. Stella, why don't ya do that to your stuff! All I'm seein' is an accessory or two!" Max encouraged her, trying to cheer up the group. They all seemed so weird...
