"Well, not quite..." Sosol said sheepishly. "Busy...but nothing exhausting."
"Yeah, I just...whoa, hi there," Azana added, feeling the strain of the day. "I didn't wanna prank you guys again..."
"I doubt you could've topped Max here," Tyler said, a little bit of pride in his voice.
"Dude, don't underestimate them..." Max nudged him, laughing.

"Looks fabulous on ya!" Max added with a beaming, fang-free smile."Thought it'd go over well," Azana answered, leaning on Sosol a little as the broom deposited itself in the corner. Jim rolled up, having vacuumed some of the confetti. <...^_^> It lifted one arm, spraying the couple.
Sosol chuckled, watching Jim roll off to continue cleaning. "I knew you couldn't resist, Ty..."
Kristen grinned, glad that everything ended up alright, though...she did have something on her mind.

"Sounds good," Azana said, happily taking a seat. "Lemme tell you...it's a lot easier with him around."
"Az, you flatter me..." Sosol answered. "Besides, two heads are better than one. You did most of the work."
Kristen sat down near the fireplace, beckoning Moonbeam to her and staring into the flames.
"Thanks, Remy...though ya kinda look like one-a those fruity Twilight vamps..." Max snickered. "We'll change that."

Eli set the pot to boil. "You don't say? Was it rough out there?"
Remy looked mortified. "Ewwwww." He immediately began dusting himself off. "I'm gonna need a haz-mat shower!"

Enra jumped up from his seat, suddenly missing his own counterpart after seeing everyone with theirs as he sped up to his room and entered.
Laimu happened down to switch places with him, having finally found the motivation to remove himself from his former seat and sleep in a bed for once. Spotting Kristen at the fireplace, he greeted everyone with a slight smile and a wave before walking over to Kristen and tapping the top of her head with a finger.
"Hey, there."

"Well, not much more than your usual April Fool's, but--" Azana stopped, eyes narrowed as she inspected Eli. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, and it hardly seemed worthwhile to pull the same trick twice.
"I've never been out in one before...surprisingly, it sounds a lot worse over the phone than when you're actually there," Sosol smiled, sneaking a kiss. "Thanks for letting me tag along this year."
"What can I say? The couple that works together..."
"I'll break out the tape, and you'll be right as rain! Promise!"

((Sorry about that, Enra. I didn't see the post, and I was heading to bed myself...))
Kristen woke, a little embarrassed that she had fallen asleep in front of the fire the night before. Moonbeam was curled up nearby, having lacked a lap at some point. She stood, stretching a bit as she went to put another log in and give it a boost...it wouldn't be long until it was unnecessary, so she would enjoy it while it was around.
