"Whom?" it asked, emerging, revealing a nude woman's top and a chestnut horse's body. "I'm certain that I have not seen a Charlotte, but there were others. What are you?"
He shook the tree slightly, trying to loosen something.

Thrre was a crack and a squeak from up in the beaches. A yell accompanied a small falling form as it streaked down from the canopy to land in a pile of leaves at the base with a thud and a groan. The small person rolled over, red and black hair and dewy pink eyes cracking open. "B-bugger..." Dorian groaned.
Felix blinked widely. He had seen this boy before in the Inn. How could he have gotten into Charlotte's room... He turned to the boy. "How did he get in here?"

The Lost Boy stared at the new person curiously, his presence nonplussed. He immediately booped the new fellow's nose.

Dorian rubbed his nose, glaring up at both of the others. "I don't know! I fell asleep in my hammock then fell out and landed here!"

There was a swirl of flame and a flash of green eyes. Rebecca stepped out of it all with the casual movement of one who had just walked through a door. She looked around at her surroundings and shrugged. The place wasn't familiar, but she wasn't looking for familiarity. She was looking for something new. Maybe she'd catch a break.
The tall woman picked a random direction and started walking, leaving a small patch of slightly charred grass behind her.

Sosol blinked, catching a faint glance of a warm light. Was Kristen practicing again? He shrugged, taking a break from inventory to watch Jim whir about on the floor. "Now squirting people any more, are you?"
Jim's display answered.
"Putting out little fires," Sosol summarized. Great idea, that...leave it to Tyler.

It wasn't long before the woman looked above the treetops and caught sight of quite the interesting looking building. She smiled, lengthening her stride and making her way to the nearest door. She knocked loudly twice and stood back, examining the architecture.

"It's open!" Sol called from the bar, a little taken aback by someone actually knocking for once. Must be new...
Jim whirred at the sound, finishing the spot it had been scrubbing and heading to its nook. Once the coast was clear, it would begin its rounds again.

The woman burst through the door with the kind of enthusiastic cheer which followed her everywhere. She took in the layout of the room and made her way over to the only other awake person in the place. "Hello hello." She said warmly. "Can I get some whiskey?"

"Cheerful, and to the point...I think I like you already," Sosol greeted warmly, the bottle finding his hand easily enough. "Welcome to the Inn of Peace. Please observe our rule of no fighting on the grounds, and enjoy your stay." He finished the usual spiel, setting down a tumbler for her. "What brings you out here?"

She sat down on the bar top, crossing her legs and removing her worn shoes. The tumbler was emptied in one go and replaced on the surface. "Dunno." she said with a shrug "I just picked a random direction and started moving. This is where my journey brought me."
Her eyes roamed around the room once again. "Place doesn't pick up until later, does it?" she asked the man behind the bar.

"People kind of come and go as they please, but yes, the evenings are generally a bit more active," he nodded. An interesting way to travel, simply walking in whatever direction...it seemed so carefree, though, and it reflected in her demeanor. "Well, you're welcome anyway. Plan on sticking around for a bit, or are you just passing through?"

"Well that all depends," she replied as she put on a more flirtatious air, "on whether or not I get a good reason to stay." The woman hopped down from the counter and turned to face the bartender. She tilted her head slightly to the side and examined him from underneath red-tinged bangs. "What is your name, by the way?"
