Shinra tensei - By manipulating the natural chakra flowing in the air and life around it the user can either push or pull objects in and out at will. But in doing so there is a price. For the more chakra pumped into it the more time it takes to charge the technique before use can be aquored agin. but a minimum of two seconds must be held (1 post) before every use even the slightest bit.


Its not possible due only to the rinnegan is it? I thought it was the jutsu the guy used.....Either way i have it and i can teach it to someone...Maybe...
