i dont see how since water's weakness is earth, which your rings can pretty much slice though earth. Though I will say their is a sand jutsu that completely negates lightning jutsu lol which you can recreate with any element really

I actually consider lightning a bigger threat than earth. Earth does have the elemental advantage, but water conducts electricity. So if I was like underwater or something like that, they could use any lightning jutsu and it would be a direct hit. Also because lightning does more damage to me since I'm in the Draconian clan confused

well we do have a bloodline that deals specificly with people who have water and lightning elements, which is the Kongo Suru, i would check it out. But just saying considering you can manipulate the water, when they hit you with lightning, you could block with the rings and have them electrified then. I forgot about that bloodline. It looks kinda complicated but interesting.
lol wouldn't I need to get a custom weapon approvel or make a custom thunder god of water jutsu?

It looks kinda complicated but interesting. lol wouldn't I need to get a custom weapon approvel or make a custom thunder god of water jutsu? yes you could just make a custom thunder god of water jutsu, or just learn sand jutsu...unless you had another sub element in mind.
