Sosol walked past Charlotte's door, noticing the chibis watching something with an odd amount of attention. Inspecting the door more closely, he could see a sort of map, shifting as two figures seemed to move along...
"Kristen...and Felix...well, at least we know we can check up on them. I should probably let Laimu know, next I see him."
Azana had slept in considerably, but now looked up at the ceiling. She hadn't felt this active in a while...and she was starting to really like it again. Hopefully returning from this trip wouldn't have her bored at the Inn.
Kristen continued along the path, waiting for a response from the fairy folk that continued to flutter around her. Unless they could make it a sure thing, she wasn't taking that bait. She had asked Stella why they had a lesson on dealing with fae, and apparently they had lost a few agents to bad bargains...ever since, it was basic training to be warned.

"Each tree--" She echoed, stopping at the weight of it. How long had they been in this forest? How many trees had she seen? Charlotte wasn't kidding about being so old...
"Very well...we shall tread carefully," Kristen nodded, now finding this place even more fragile than at first. "Lead the way."

The boy nodded and continued walking, offering Fee a berry, which was immediately devoured. He seemed not to mind Dorian, patting the ranting elf's head as he passed.

Felix laughed again, following the boy and scooping up Droian as he passed, placing the small boy on his shoulder.
Dorian huffed. "I can walk you know!"
"I know, but I don't know what is in this forest, and would rather that you don't get eaten."
Dorian fell silent with a grumpy huff.

Their walk was brisk, even with the new addition to the team, until they reached a clear stream. Their guide then dove in and swam about, apparently taking his bath. Fee hid in Dorian's shirt.

Kristen bit her lip, a little hesitant about peeking into Charlotte's lives...still, they had promised her properly. She rested her palm lightly on a nearby trunk, if only to see if it worked as truly as they claimed.
