[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

((Let me guess, you were going to call me a hentei? A perverted ermine? An ecchi person? A... oh, whatever. I was hoping it would have a bigger reaction))

Fenyx walked back inside. "Oops! I forgot my Kool-Aid." He rushed into the kitchen, but was stopped by Angeles.

((No, those are all things others can handle. And the language I was thinking of is French, Zulma might know what I'm talking about))

Angeles blocked the doorway to the kitchen after the man walked in and she glared at him, folding her arms. The black dragon stood behind her looking in at the man with a malevolent grin, "you're in trouble boy," she said.

"What were you possibly thinking," Angeles said in a dark tone, "this is an inn of peace, I have told you this twice now. If you continue to cause disruptions simply because you are not getting the attention you want I will force you out and not let you back in."

"What about the part where you throw him into the lake with no clothes on?" asked the dragon.

"Quiet Andromeda, if he continues to be an annoyance I shall do so, and we'll see how brave he is with his testicles frost bitten. As for your question I have seen Kageko recently," her eyes started glowing slightly at the mention of the name, "why do you ask?"

Mixi sat up in the room she had been in all day. She was glad no-one had disturbed her but she had remained in child form all day. She hadn't blocked her scent though and quickly did. She stood up and brushed off her loose jeans and tied her t-shirt back with a quick notion of her hand. It was difficult not having her normal clothes, even with her reduction enchantment. She walked out of the room and down the stairs. She had plenty of clues now to locate Zefi and her meaningless sister. All she needed was Zefi. She said nothing to the odd people in the room and walked out quietly. She doubted anyone had even seen her they had all dozed off. She walked into the forest and down into her clearing. She ahd things to do.

"You know, for the "no clothes" thing to work, you would have to steal my card. Anyway, I was asking because I finally figured out a spell that would cure her, but would render me helpless, as far as my own abilities go, for about a week. I would still be able to use my card, because that was created with Rachel's abilities. I wish to find her so that I can see if she will let me try it. But first, I have to test it, which is why I was going to go to the Plains. There are actually two techniques. One is an exorcism sword technique, that is meant to only affect demons, and will pass through any human flesh. However, if she is too far absorbed into the seal, she would be killed by it. The other, however, would render me helpless, as I would force her entire thought stream to be connected to mine, so that I can find the core of the energy, and negate Jack's seal. I would only be helpless for the duration of the spell, as would she, but it may take a week or more to negate it. I wanted to test it on a wild animal first, to see if I have enough efficiency to actually make this work."

Gren made his way from his room, eyes wide and surprised. "Did, um...something strange happen in here to all of you too?" He was holding his shirt in a sort of clutching manner.

"I don't know what your card is," said Angeles and Andromeda chuckled, "but I have a summon that can eat magic, and if needed throw the spell back at the caster," she was only slightly curious as to what he meant by helping Kageko, by the sounds of it she was possessed by a demon, but at the moment she didn't care.

"Now, watch your next actions carefully, I will do well on my threat to toss you into the lake naked, and annoying a vampire at night is a very foolish move," Angeles then turned and walked back to her table to sit. Very annoyed, hoping that the night would get better.

"I took care of it Gren," Angeles growled and glared over at the man in the kitchen before sitting in her chair. Andromeda walked up and smiled at Gren and hissed a chuckle before settling down next to Angeles.

((You were on? Anyway, though the mark is permanent, the energy, at least, the Sentinel's energy, feeds on your body, making it the equivalent of a self-imposed spell. If you could cast spells, you could relinquish your abilities for a time, willingly to get rid of all enchantments. Sadly, it can only affect the user. And, you're right. I don't tend to read OOC unless it is right in front of me))


Fenyx thought for a minute. "Oh, right! Magic requires energy, but I have always used catalysts for energy. But, Kageko has never cast a spell, but has always been able to manipulate energy. It can be fought at by others, but it can only be swirled about, unless the one who controls the magic can relinquish it. Until Kageko learns to channel magic, Jack controls the spell."

He said to Angeles, "Ok. I apologize for summoning the axe last night. Also, I don't think that I even belong in such a peaceful area." He walked to the kitchen, grabbed his glass of grape Kool-Aid, and turned to leave.

"Well, all right." He waved at the new guy. "That was you? Neat trick!"

Turning to Angeles, he asked "Is the dragon another of your familiars? She's new..."

Angeles rested her hand on her fist and merely glared at the young man. He was a fool if he believed she would stop him.

"You should have done it," said Andromeda, "I think he would have left sooner."

"Silence Andromeda."

"Or faster at least."

"No Gren," said Angeles looking at the man, "we're not encouraging him. And yes, she is one of my familiars. This is Andromeda."

"I can introduce myself."

"You wouldn't."

"Fair point."

Angeles sighed and rubbed her eyes in annoyance.  

[Gren_Eckener]

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Andromeda." Gren bowed slightly, conferring respect towards the dragon. He knew how they could be.

"I'm feeling like a tune's in order tonight. Whadda you say?"

"I say that that would be lovely. Sadly, I won't be here to hear it."
Fenyx walked out the door, beginning his march to the Plains of Torment.

Angeles eased slightly, her eyes' glow going dimmer, "I would like a song yes," she said quietly, "something soothing if you please."

"Nice to meat you too human," Andromeda sneered and Angeles sighed. Andromeda was a rather prideful dragon and more often than not it got them both in trouble.

"Do you want to go back into the book?"

"Do whatever you wish Vampire I don't care."

"Fine," Angeles tapped the page in the book and Andromeda vanished and reappeared on the page.

"Yes," Angeles sighed, "something soothing."

"She's a pistol, huh..? I can see why you wouldn't want her out much, but I think she's rather fun."

Gren walked to the piano and sat, adjusting the bench slightly for his long legs. "And soothing I can do." Cracking his knuckles, he began playing.

Angeles relaxed and listened to Gren play his music on the piano. She had expected him to take out his saxophone, but the piano sufficed. Her eyes stopped glowing completely and she sighed from the relaxing feeling. the music gave her.
