"Why am I not surprised?" Violet chuckled, watching the rather odd trio...two robots and a test-tube gentleman in a group hug. Her hand instinctively went for her pencil; this needed to be drawn.

Ueki had been told that the rooms upstairs were free, taking one and sleeping in it. He descended today, rubbing his eyes and looking around.
"Robots...?"

"I really wish your husband would let me know where he came from," Tyler said out of the blue nearby, watching the three socialize. "I don't get to say it often, but I'm really impressed."
Jim wriggled slightly, its pressure warnings letting out a small beep. Unlike J-L, he didn't have a strong alloy cover...then again, he wasn't built to stand against armed assaults.

Adam patted Jean-Luc's chest. "Hey, let's go and practice! I bet I can teach you a lot of new things to say; it took me a long time to get the hang of this stuff too!"

"Hai, kencho-taicho!" (Yes, Captain Obvious!) Max answered him, having just looked up the terms with him in mind.
"I tried once, I think...there aren't even any tags in what data I could access. You'd think someone would want to take credit, unless perhaps he's in a similar situation to my own..." Tyler took a swig of his drink; his life was going so well, sometimes he forgot that it technically didn't exist. Sure, he could probably manufacture himself a new life, like he did for Gren...but the difference there was that people recognized him.

Adam happily led Jean-Luc to a comfy set of chairs, where they began practicing speech.

(Ueki's a backwards person like that. He'd try to talk to a robot in pictures and shapes if he thought that was really how they talked, then think that if a robot actually talked, it wouldn't be talking for robots normally. He's a coincidental person like that.)
Ueki smirked, smiling at Max's response.
"Thanks, Captain Rainbow!"
(And, though I understand and appreciate the Japanese, you don't need it, really. It's kinda like in Doctor Who where you're not supposed to change your accent when you're talking in different places. He's talking Japanese, but it's being translated.)
