Well, I played a bit of Tales of Phantasia, but I couldn't really get a good grip on the gameplay...

Edit:Wow, I'm only now starting my third floor on my team's first mission,and I'm already almost half way through the third page...

Heh, keep in mind that the required length is only the total length! If it's a 16 floor mission (8 pages) you can have the first four pages happen all before they enter the actual area if you like.

Since we reduced the enemy requirements a ways back, it's gotten much easier to manage bending the story around.

It's a 13 floor mission, so it's gotta be at least six and a half pages. Yeah. Anywho, i'm gonna keep at it with the pace i'm at. I, being an avid roleplayer, hate things like one liners and feel like gauging out the eyes of people who do that. I like to compare these missions to Forum Roleplay posts, as I've been in another PMD guild before this with the same mission-style. I find a One liner, the minimum amount to post. So, I do not want the minimum amount of posting for myself, as i would much rather gauge out my own eyes. Therefore, even if my mission isn't even a quarter of the way done and it's half the minimum required length, I will keep it going.

Sorry about the rant. Well, at least I'm not double posting or anything XP.

Well, It wouldn't mind if I post my mission in the place, and no one had posted since my post claiming the mission, right?

Oh no, don't misunderstand. I'll I'm saying is that pre-entrance text counts as well. So even if you've only spent 3.5 pages in the dungeon, if you've first spent three in the town you meet the requirement.

I'm not encouraging you to be skimpy on your missions, I'm just telling you that you don't have to push for the extra three pages. Let your story end naturally.

I get what you're saying though. I posted a bounty a little while ago... it only had to be 2.5 pages. It was 19 pages. >_>

Yeah, go ahead and put the mission up. If it's incomplete, just leave a small note at the start like "((This is still a work in progress))" or something.

I got what you were saying about that. Like, the trek to the dungeon itself could be half the amount of pages. I got that.

Well, they way it's going, I don't think i'll need to push for extra pages.

Nineteen pages, huh... nice... Yeah, cause the minimum floors for the bounties are five floors.

I think Emil's talking about doing it floor-by-floor and at the pace he's going at if he wants to get to only just the minimum requirements it would require one-liners for floors?

I personally never write my missions by floors. I just find it disruptive to the flow of the story, not to mention I'm not entirely sure why a plateau would be divided into floors. I just write one continuous story~

By the way Emil, I hope you don't mind if I make a comment on your writing. Have you considered spacing out your text a bit better? At the moment, you've got kind of a large text wall going.

If you spaced out the text a bit better, it would be much more presentable and easier to read.

Well, it's a good habit to get into as you write. It helps you break up individual ideas properly and it helps improve the flow of your writing, I find.

Give it a try as you go, you might find it improves your story.

...But maybe...
What if his team took on a mission in the Toxic Waste Dump, and he was the one carrying their supplies, which so so happened to include a Moon Stone...?
If he fell in, the toxic nature of of the waste there would mutate him, right?
And possibly allow a transformation due to the nature of the Moon Stone he carried?
....Just an idea, though~
